This place is trash they don’t know how to deal with customer. Online said 0 minute wait and checked in went inside lady asked me wait. I wait atleast 10 minute then just walked out. There were 2 ladies were working there but one was busy the other one just cleaned her station and walked away didn’t bother asking customer who’s next or didn’t even said I’ll be back. Very rude

Tried to check in when they opened, the instant I was able there was a 40 minute wait. Got there as they opened only to find four people already waiting and they had an 86 minute wait at 8:02. Stylists were slow and didn’t care that people showing up when they opened probably had some place to be. You need more stylists. The wait time never dropped below an hour my entire time there.

There are not enough words to describe how upset I am. I asked for an INCH trim. I walked out with a short bob!! I’m furious and will never return to a Great Clips again. How hard is it to cut an inch off?!

Update: we reached out to customer service and they helped us immensely to rectify this. I raised the rating to 3 from 1.
During our visit, Delilah was not only unprofessional but also outright rude, particularly to my autistic son and mother. She snapped at him as soon as we arrived at her station and gave heavy attitude throughout the service. When we requested adjustments to the haircuts, she made us and everyone in the store feel uncomfortable and as though I had done something wrong simply for asking for the haircut we wanted instead of what she wanted to give us.
Don't go here with kids, unless you're willing to take whatever they give you or pay to have it corrected later. She also gave herself a tip when she charged us. To add insult to injury.

Don't even dare to take your kids to this place. The customer service with kids is rude scaring and they don't know how to cut hear to kids. The lady with tattoos is disrespectful and rude with adult and kids. It was a very terrible experience. Special with kids with special needs . Don't expose your kids to take them to this place.

Went in today for a much needed haircut. Checking in on the app was easy and nice because I checked in on my way home from work and the wait time was basically my drive time so I got there right on time. I sat with Cynde and she did an awesome job! I love my haircut! I wasn't sure what I wanted but had an idea and she helped me out a lot! Thanks Cynde! She was very nice, sweet and funny! I will definitely be going back to her to keep up my new do!

I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had an issue—until I recently encountered a so-called manager named “Delialah.” Frankly, she has no business being in any customer-facing role, let alone management. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional—interrupting me mid-sentence, refusing to listen, and speaking with blatant disrespect. If this is the standard of leadership now, I’ll take my business elsewhere. As long as Delialah representing this location, I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I’m sad about it.
I just went for a bang trim. Easy.
I felt good about the interaction, gave a tip and left.
Get to the car with my kids and 1/2 my eyebrows are missing.
I believe his name was Paul… maybe.
I went back in crying and said ‘I know nothing can be done now, but just so you know you cut 1/2 my eyebrows off and I wanted you to know before you do it to someone else.’
His response…. To look closely like nothing is wrong and say ‘oh, must have been when I used the razor. Sorry.’
No real sympathy, no refund mentioned, nothing… I walked out.
If you care about not losing hair you want to keep, I’d stay far away, which is sad as I usually like to hype places up!

Dez at Reunion Commerce City CO location is Amazing! Not only does she cut hair really good but she takes good care of my 5yr old thats on sensor level.

Customer service is great and staff is nice, but you pay for what you get. Would still go back for an emergency trim if needed though.

The worst experience I have ever had. I clearly mentioned a simple medium hair cut. Informed the stylist 2 times specifically but she didn't listened to any of my specifics and cut my hair to the shortest.
I asked her to dry my hair at the end but she didn't even care to do so.
Personally. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Requested style: A simple Medium hair cut.
