I had multiple brake inns in my units in the past year, the rent is super expensive. And the repairs to the units are unacceptable.

I currently have a unit at this location. The gate access is supposed to be from 6am to 10pm. The gate has been broken for the past week so at night they put a chain & lock on it, which is great, except this morning I show up to get my tools out of my unit to get my work day started & the gate is still locked. I sat around & waiting about an hour for nothing to happen so I called customer service who let me know nobody would be in the office till 9:30am.. they also say that they called the “on call manager” who didn’t even answer.. what’s the point of having an on call person if they don’t even answer? & if that’s now going to be the access hours then management should let that be known. There are no signs put up that inform any of the tenants of this new info nor were any emails sent out so how is anybody supposed to know this? 6 to 9:30 is a rather large difference in time. So I continue waiting until around 9:45 & still nobody has shown up to unlock the gate. I’ve driven to the office twice & there’s nobody there still. I called customer service again & they reached a manager that time claiming they went on a bank run & would be 10 to 15 mins. So I continue waiting. It is now 10:45 & STILL NOTHING. I called customer service yet again & this time the manager tells them they will be there in 30 mins. This is an absolute OUTRAGE! This location is run incredibly poorly & I will be relocating immediately!

I have been using this storage for two years and they have raised my monthly price at least four times and I have one of the smaller units. Currently paying $235. So just be ready for that. And their excuses because of the economy.
