Everything was going great at first then it went downhill. The fees were supposed to come out of my refund but then I paid with my card instead and was assured that it wouldn't come out of my refund but it did. I contacted them but they kept giving me the runaround saying they were working on giving me my money back. Then I got ghosted, I kept calling and messaging and no one ever got back to me. NEVER AGAIN!

This location is an absolute clown show.
I have been trying to make an appointment for a month now, (I have a very tight schedule and only certain days work for me at this specific location). I will make an appointment online on the available day & time that works for me, & get a confirmation text and everything. Only for them to completely change the date, time, AND LOCATION on me through a email. This is 3 times now. And when I try to call the office it just rings & rings & rings for 40 seconds then hangs up on you.
I tried showing up in person to talk to someone & the doors are locked with a QR code taped to the door. Completely unprofessional Mickey Mouse operation. I will never go here again, I had issues with them last year cancelling appointments on me so I guess it’s my fault for giving them another chance.
Utter incompetence.

Got my taxes done, gave them my card to pay for it, they somehow didn't charge the card and now they're bugging me for payment, when it should have already been paid. By their own ineptitude, I now have waste my time and gas to go back there to pay. That was a stupid mistake, one that supposed financial professionals should never have made. I will not be returning here next year.

Online pricing model is misleading. Was quoted $85 ended up paying $344 for what the Enrolled Agent called a very simple return.

I would recommend going to Rebecca. She knows what she's doing. She takes her time explaining what she doing to help with your taxes.

I love working with H&R Block. They are quick, fast and easy when completing my taxes. I love that they have an app and online options that allow me to complete my taxes without having to schedule an appointment. Jill is always quick and will always look for the most deductions as possible.

Very disappointed in our experience here. I was hoping for some suggestions on deductions and some help on how to maximize our refund. After expressing our concerns in hopes to maximize our refunds, he simply claimed there’s no free money out there!! No suggestions or help were given. Save the money and go somewhere else.

We have had good experiences with H&R Block, although, a friend of our just opened a tax firm. We may try him next year, but only because of our relationship with him. There is nothing negative about our time here.
