Fantastic service and highly recommend! I was looking for a custom trailer. I went to a number of dealers who were all very polite, but ultimately just tried to sell me what they had. Expected the same when I got to Jayhawk, but the experience was totally different. Ivan was amazing to work with, and he knows his stuff! He spent a fair amount of time with me understanding my needs and providing options. We settled on a manufacturer, model and options. He took care of the order, and keeping me informed of the fabrication process. And a shout out to Rosa for taking care of the title work. All went very smoothly. The Diamond-T trailer I purchased is simply amazing! Built to spec, trails like it is on rails, handles loads wonderfully. Could not be happier. Would give these folks 6 stars if I could!

Jayhawk Trailers was a nice and helpful place to do business with. Ivan the salesman answered all my questions with a smile. Kyle who put the flatbed on my new truck went above and beyond the job by painting some parts that ford left to rust that is good service. I ended up needing a ride the next day to get my truck and Rosa in accounts receivable spoke up offering to pick me up the next morning to ride with her. Thanks Ivan, Kyle and Rosa it's nice to get some old fashioned service and kindness!!!

I don't often write reviews but buying here was really great. There was no pressure, plenty of options in stock and they took the time to go through all of them with me (thanks Anthony). They mailed me ALL of the documents I needed to get it registered in a neat and organized packet, all filled out. My dmv was blown away and praised the dealer for what they provided - I didn't have to fill anything out. It's great to buy from a private, local business like this.

Don’t buy from anyone else! From the top down their customer service is second to none! They will take the best care of you no matter what! I’ve never had a company take such great care of you even way after the sale is done! I give 10 stars!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Jayhawk Trailers. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a priority (as was every other person that entered). The staff went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed — no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice and friendly support every step of the way.
Their customer service is truly exceptional. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I felt confident and informed before making a decision. Even after the sale, they were just as attentive and helpful, which really shows how much they value their customers. This is a rarity in any type of dealership anymore, so it really stands out when you see it.

Bought a Southland from Canada. Got a way better dump gate than loadtrail or PJ. I was busy and he accomodated my delivery to my house in NM seamlessly. Great experience, a 10! Talk to Ivan salesguy great guy, super helpful.

Worked with Alisha(the GM) over the phone to close a deal on an amazing 7x14 Southland enclosed trailer. I drove down from Loveland and picked it up a couple days later where Emma, Hannah and Ray all helped in the process and I was in and out in 45 minutes with my new trailer. Super great group of people and would highly recommend them for your trailer needs!!
