Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was trying to call and check the status of my prescription and they kept me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me

Gabriella/Gabrielle was very rude and dismissive. The pharmacist had to come over and explain what was going on with my insurance. Luckily the pharmacist was very nice and informative. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back because their front-end staff do not know how to professionally talk to their patients. This is a healthcare job, and while it can be frustrating, we do this job for a reason: to HELP the patients. Techs go through school/training and know much more than patients. Please use your knowledge in addition to the info given to you on your screens, and relay it in a more respectful manner. 9 times out of 10, this results in a kinder experience for both you and the patient, and you'll find that it's more convenient to be RESPECTFUL & TRUTHFUL. I've worked in retail pharmacy for years so I know the frustrations. That doesn't give me the right to disregard and dismiss patients in their health treatment journey.I normally do not leave reviews, but this encounter was very negative. Please do better.

I haven’t met the rude person at this pharmacy . They’re rushed from time to time so they don’t have time for an in depth conversation . Which I understand as a cashier !!

I’ve always had a good experience here. Some staff are cold but I know their job is probably stressful AF! If I’m nice to them, they usually are nice back.

Sam who works in the Deli was amazing! He was the only worker back there out of 3 people that was willing to help me and make me 2 fresh subs. Thank you so much Sam for everything! You are awesome!

My husband had back surgery this morning. He opted to let you fill his prescriptions. You only had one available. You told me the pain pills wouldn't be available till 5:00. So I called at 5:00 and the guy who answered said you didn't have it. Now at 6:00 we're trying to figure out how to get them some where else. You could've just said they were on backorder. ?

As long as I call before to make sure my Prescriptions are in stock I never have much issued or wait. I usually check in with them first then do some grocery shopping. Staff is helpful.

It doesn't matter if you have had your prescription there for hours days even years, they'll still tell you they don't have it ready and to wait 30 minutes. Also they always deflect any blame even when they are wrong.

Extremely slow just checking in. Not sure if it’s the staff or their system or what. Every person in line took an unbelievably long time to check in for the COVID shot. At a different location the process was much quicker and smoother.

My doctor decided to call in a prescription to THIS pharmacy after I asked him to another one up in Thornton due to many reasons, one being the main part of the customer service. I had a cough syrup that was prescribed to me (due to the nature of it, it's not transferable unless it was filled at least once and has refills) but they neglected to tell me they can't fill that there and gave me some BS excuse that they don't carry that particular cough syrup. So fast forward to the last couple days, been dealing with a migraine and finding out they have my prescription as well (here comes the headache, no puns attended), and I asked them to transfer it to a different pharmacy and before I can tell them which kings (the tech I'm assuming) got extremely rude and started to argue with me about the transfer. I know all to well how transfers work. I'm just making the other pharmacy (104th and Washington) job a little easier that they put my medication back on hold so it will save time. But she sounded like she wasn't having it that day, not any other day. So the next day, I called the 104th location and explained what was going on (my prescriptions should have gone there first) and assured me my script will be ready after 2. Of course, good old Commerce didn't have their crap together and it took at least two and a half hrs for "1" internal transfer to be done. And I got bitched at by their technician trying to have them put my medication back because I kind of know how they work as a pharmacy? THANK GOD 104th located was apologetic about this location and how bad they dropped the ball.

One of my favorite King Soopers locations. Most King Soopers are sold out of at least some of the produce I need but this one is usually fully stocked and well organized. They also tend to have a lot of discounted produce due to expiration date coming up which works out well if you are planning to use it right away and are on a budget. Staff are always helpful. especially at self checkout if an item isn't scanning correctly or a digital coupon isn't working. They don't carry as much of some of the more niche items like tahini compared to other locations though so you may want to check their availability online with the app if you have a certain item in mind. There is one self check out lane that hasn't been able to scan produce for over a month now and hopefully they are working on repairing it because I keep accidentally going to that lane, only to realize I can't check out half of my items.

No value to patients - customers inside this King Soopers Pharmacy. Very poor service to all extent in person and by phone. Needs to conduct business with better workflow organization and structure, patient care, respect and communication...
