From first walking in Green Valley rd location is double the size and a friendly employee vibe, this is what other locations strive to be. Maybe my wife wont call the chain King Stupid. Good food pricing very relaxing location

Incredibly bad service, long lines due to reduced check out lines open. Ignored when you bring up any concerns. The only reason they are still in business is the lack of competition.

There is ALWAYS a long line to check out. On busiest days they have 3 registers open, both self checkouts open with lines going back to the middle isle of the store. On non busy days, they have 2 or 3 registers open with only one self check out area open with lines half way down the isle. Forget about running to the store for a stick or butter or Gallon of milk. You are stuck in a ling line that never goes away. There are other grocery stores about 7 miles in 3 directions. That's where we shopped before this one opened. I knew it was going downhill when the baggers disappeared and the we had to bag our own groceries. Then they reduced the people to run a register even though the community is growing every week. I don't know how that works. Nice store otherwise.

Not a bad market, but they cannot for the lives of them figure out how to keep enough people employed to check out. Self checkout is backed up to the warehouse and they have one regular checkout lane open.This is such a terrible look for management. This store just went through a worker strike and yet they still can't staff correctly.

A solid food store but really the 2 star reflects their checking out process and system coorlation to promotions.Almost every time, certain advertised sales are not recognized when you check out. That is even with your card and phone number. Buyer beware - just also monitor when items are being scanned and voice any issues to your check out counter service rep - they are typically quick to remediate the issue.

The chick with brown hair and WAY TOO MUCH eyeliner should find a job where she has NO HUMAN INTERACTION what so ever...she is the worst. No personality, no hello, even when you say hello to her...nothing. Get rid of her...

They are REPEATEDLY out of many meat items, fish, etc...Cannot even get prime rib right now?!? They do not know WHEN they will get prime rib?!?The chick with brown hair and WAY TOO MUCH eyeliner in the pharmacy is THE WORST TOO...I say hello..nothing! Try to have a friendly quick conversation...nothing...she is rude and pissy , get rid of her so she can find a job with NO HUMAN ITERACTION!

This review is for the pharmacy!! Worst service I have ever received at a pharmacy and the Pharmacy manager Romel didn't seem to care that his technicians can't do their job right. I told him they need to take accountability for their mistakes and try to fix the problem. They had me run to a different pharmacy and they never sent my prescription over. They point the finger at the other pharmacy and the other pharmacy points the finger at them. I had to wait a total of 2 hrs with my sick kids . 1 was really feeling sick and just wanted to lay down. At the end of the day their communication between stores needs to improve so nobody else has this happen to them. I will never be back. Technician can't even send a simple prescription to another store and just added to my wait time.

Quite possibly the slowest pharmacy in the front range. Even when prescriptions are called in an hour or more ahead of time (or even a day before) always expect half an hour wait from when you arrive to get done.

New to the area.My medicine was sent on Thursday. Called Friday to make sure it was there. It was supposed to be ready today (following Sunday). Nope, not ready and never ordered.In addition, I travel for work and all the things I can do on the weekends, I do. I always keep a schedule to pick up medicine on Sundays. The lady told me, well, you have one more day until it runs out, in that case, you should have medicine to last you through tomorrow. What??... and when was it a companies responsibility to provide a paid service on their own opinionated discretion? A pharmicies only concern should be providing on time pick up services.I was surprised at such an unprofessional response.This was the first and last time I use this place.

On hold for almost 9 minutes just to be hung up on.9.6.22 another frustrating experience. Went this a.m. to pick up a prescription, hadn't heard from them that it was ready so I showed up to find out what was going on. Mary said that insurance was covering my prescription, but they didn't have it ready and I should check back after 12:30 p.m.. Walked up at 1:30 p.m., David told me that they did not have it ready still because they are waiting on a prior authorization. It sure would have been nice if Mary had told me that so that I didn't waste another trip with my sick daughter back to the pharmacy today.
