The store is so unorganized. Today’s visit reminded me why I never come here. I drive to Hampton and Tower to go to a Safeway. Customer service is everything and a clean store is important. The employees here could care less about helping you and now they’re on strike for more money pathetic.

King Sooper is a horrible supermarket with ZERO customer service.
We purchased three bottles of wine that had a digital coupon for $3 off per bottle. The $9 savings did not come off our total. We did everything correct, received other digital coupon discounts. Workers said they couldn't refund the items and couldn't adjust the price. I requested a manager, but gave up after 15 minutes waiting and requesting a manager several more times.
*There is a strike, so most of the workers are scabs, but there were no managers to be found to help with a problem. How can they not have managers at the store?

Was overcharged for an item. No one would help us correct it. The service desk was closed. The person (manager?) Was rude to us and ignored us as we stood there worrying for someone to help with the correction.
Horrible customer service. I will avoid this store in the future.

Out of everything. Checking ourselves, obviously. And yet, they have a security guard "checking" everyone's receipts. Nasty attitudes all around. Won't be returning until King Soopers can get their shit together

Wow! I have never seen a grocery store so busy!!! This is a large store with more kitchen supply needs but not worth the wait. They had most lanes open, and all lanes had lines going down the isles. I quickly left.

As much as I love the selection, I'm a busy teacher who doesn't have time to wait in mile long lines just to grab a few items.
And then to add insult to injury, as soon as I finally get through the line I have to stop for the security czar.

This location has been on the decline. Popular items are poorly stocked. They never have enough help. I always end up bagging all of my groceries. The lines are extremely long. I tried to get lunch meat at 5:01pm on a Wednesday afternoon, and the deli clerk said she was closed. This is what happens when a company gets too big with not enough competition.They lose touch with service, and there is no sense of a winning culture among the staff. It’s kind of like the government. Show up and collect a check. Comes from the top. I feel for the people who work here. They deserve better. And so do we.

My favorite grocery store, always clean , well stocked my only suggestion is to keep the isles clear don't clutter with products so that people can get through easily.
