So I came to this location to get the iPhone 11 promotion which consists of paying the 60-dollar plan along with an activation fee and sales tax. The young gentleman at the counter collected my information and told me that I would have to pay $328 upfront for both before any information was input into the computer. Upon declining to pay upfront I asked to see an itemized receipt of the services being done. The employee declined and proceeded to prepare the phones. I had let a couple of customers go ahead of me due to the time this employee was taking. After returning I used the paper with the terms that stated what needed to be paid. He declined and also noted that every phone NEEDED a case and screen protector and he couldn't sell me the phone without these items. I know that this is untrue as these items are commission based and he was trying to use his position to commit fraud Whatever is going on at this store is extremely unprofessional and I will be reporting this store to the FCC along with the owner's name as well as any other public information I can find.

Upon having my phone stolen recently I walked into the metro near Walmart and sencing my desperate condition like ravenous wolves licking their chops at a wounded lamb was taken advantage of by the sales representatives on staff,out $300 a for a skimpy 4 g budget phone allegedly because they didn't have a 1plus nord N3005g in stock ,charged for a skimpy case ,screen protector ect.On a whim while doing my laundry last Saturday afternoon I walked into the Metro at this location told the sales woman my story, half hour later got a brand new 1plus Nord N300( my original phone) and nice case and screen protector and service on my tablet and a months service and free earbuds,.. $230 out the door. This young lady stands out as the most sympathetic, kind patient and accommodating sales person I have ever encountered ,just charged and filled with the fruits of the Holy Spirit ,BLESSED BLESSED BLESSED. THANK YOU YOUNG LADY, WITH ALL OF MY REGENERATED HEART. Paul P of Providence ?

Didn't appreciate the customer service at all. Just wanted to turn my new phone on. Woman starts asking me whether I did this or that using a bunch of acronyms like ISN, IMEI like I'm a Doogie Houser. All I wanted was somebody to simply tell me how to hook up to the network because those stores keep selling me shitty phones i have to replace, but she tells me to go on the web, this that and the third... here's the thing, your stupid website doesn't allow me to do anything because of a "connection issue" so piss of. Shouldn't be charging a paying customer another $20 for some idiot to punch in a couple numbers. Also, Manager Lady, you're not smart because you spit out a bunch of tech acronyms, you're just arrogant and work at a shitty cell phone store.
