For this place to be in a nice area, it's ghetto. The only gas they had available was Plus, I use Nitro only. The child at the cash register lacks customer service skills. This place deserves and needs new owners, management & employees. Better do better because losing customers is detrimental to your business. Put signs up when you are out of gas. I drove to the real hood on 6th & Potomac, they have tap to pay at the pump and they have Nitro. Smdh.

I come here everyday and I decide to buy a vape and it doesn’t work they give me a new one an it also doesn’t work and refuse to give me another one. So much for helping the people that help you. I’ll take my business to the 711 instead.

No customer appreciation whatsoever. And, FYI, it is NOT okay to be pulling up your shirt and rubbing your stomach while you are attending the public.....This store needs some re-evaluation before it goes under!!! The customer experience= your paycheck. Drive your sales with better customer service, not drive them away!!!!

Customer service from female employee is terrible (always talking on the phone and won’t acknowledge/greet/talk to you) otherwise the rest of the staff is great and they keep the place clean. Not all prices are accurate and they won’t correct it at the register.
