The highest quality lumber,best service and the best overall value. The owners and staff are the best. we appreciate them all and is our go to for all of our lumber needs. I had just bought a house in the mountains that needed a deck replacement immediately to pass inspection for insurance and for me to rent it. I’ve never built a deck before so I didn’t know where to start and someone referred me to the Deck Superstore. I made an appointment and met with Khoy who walked me through my product options and gave me a handful of referrals for contractors to reach out to. I only had about 4 weeks to complete the project (I was up against the clock on a few things, including weather) and I’m not going to lie I had been through about 8-10 contractors that gave me obscene quotes or turned down the project altogether. If I hadn’t found the Deck superstore, Khoy and her referred contractor I don’t think I’d have a deck. I highly recommend this store and Khoy!

The service that I received from The Deck Superstore was first class and working with my super amazing customer service representative , Khoy McIntire exceeded all my expectations for our deck order and follow through for items we needed to completion was great.. Getting the deck material was easy. A rep asks you the size, material, color, and railing preference and then spits out a number for you to pay. The materials were delivered on time but not very well organized. The railing came in a wrapped pile of unorganized pieces and I had to take the wrapping off the railing to see what was what. I planned on returning the stair railing, so as soon as I found it i put it aside to return. The deck went together easily and nothing was missing, we’re very happy with the deck. The next week I drove to the store to return the unused railing and the refused the return because I had taken the plastic wrap off to see what it was (the deck railing and stair railings are almost identical) even though the railing was brand new and unused, so that was $600 down the drain. In summary, they do a good job selling you what they think you need without asking very many questions, but will likely not let you bring anything back. Be careful opening anything unless you’re absolutely sure you need it.

Smart, friendly and willing to help everyone at The Deck Superstore was a pleasure to work with. Khoy helped us choose the right material for our needs at a lower price than we could have gotten on our own somewhere else. Then she helped us plan the project down to the screws we needed and went beyond to help us during the project. The manufacturer had how-to videos that we referred to often and Khoy sent us the link to register for the manufacturer's lifetime warranty. The deck is a pleasure to use and we are very grateful to The Deck Superstore for their expertise.

Was there to look for a deck replacement. There was about 10 employees walking around and talking to each other. Other than the initial greeting when we came in, no one helped us or asked what we were looking for, or even acknowledged us. We were there at least 15 minutes on the inside. Very frustrating !

Devven was great to work with. Gave me a quick tour of the showroom we discussed my project and my budget and he was able to put together a cost which I approved and got material delivered in less than a week. Couldn’t be happier!

************************** is non-existent.I shopped around looking for the best place to buy my decking material from and settled on the Deck Superstore. I went in with a napkin sketch in hopes that I could walk through the material needed for my deck. Design and quote of the deck seemed to go fine until I received my material. Once the deck was framed and I started going through the composite decking I quickly found out that 1/2 of the material was delivered as square edge instead of grooved. The person I worked with and one of the sales managers told me it was my mistake for not reviewing the quote provided by the person I sat down with to design my deck. Because of this error I had to return the decking (added costs and a hassle since there were 20' long pieces) and pay a 10% return fee (again not my error when the designer inserted the wrong material in the quote). Also wanted to mention that when I went to return and pick up the correct boards it took 2.5 hours waiting at the store. When the return came back to me the cost was 6 boards short and when I asked why they noted 6 of the boards were damaged beyond repair. I would hope that by moving the decking twice 17% of the boards would become damage beyond repair but that is what I was told without any pictures or proof. I called and emailed the manager for a week trying to get some clarity on the damaged boards and how this is my fault but didn't get to talk to anyone for a week. I then sent to the store and waited 20 minutes to talk to the manager. At that point I asked to see the boards and they could only locate 4 of them and the boards had little if no damage to them. The manager stated they would locate all of the boards and look them over again.Today they told me 2 of the 6 boards can be repaired (likely the 2 they couldn't find). I will be picking up these boards and praying they did not mess up any other portions of the order. Save yourself some time and money and shop elsewhere.

My brand new deck got badly scratched by workers who drug heavy flower pots across the entire deck!! David from The Superdeck Store came by and was able to magically remove the scratches. We thought we were going to have to replace nearly the entire deck! We’re thrilled with the customer service and could not have asked for a better customer service experience.

We set an appointment with one of their consultants. They were supposed to email the quote, with agreement and payment link. After contacting them 3 times with no response, I guess they don't want our business. We even emailed and called their customer support with our concerns. She said we can leave a voicemail with our consultant....Unbelievable.
