Not only did the mail man put the parcel locker key in the wrong mail box, but the post office did NOTHING about it when I called to complain. I was told they would give this info to a supervisor and to expect a call in the morning. Nothing. I've been staking out my mailbox like a crazy person hoping to catch the mail man (who is now an hour late) just no sense of urgency, very careless & inconsiderate. I understand that it is very busy and things happen - but to not even be acknowledged is sad. Thankfully the person who's box it is in hasn't checked their mail - so hopefully I can get this sorted out MYSELF - this was not my mistake to fix. Very disappointed

Did an official change of address yet you STILL keep returning all my mail to sender. I live in the 80022 area code and only found out because a friend tried to send me a letter. What am I supposed to do to fix this if you never answer the phone?

Our local mail carrier is very friendly and professional, but clearly the Commerce City branch issues with day to day operations. On multiple occasions over the last year, I've had packages delivered and left on my porch when a mail-hold (no deliveries accepted) was in place when my normal carrier is not working. At other times pick-ups are scheduled and not completed. Is there any wonder why packages go missing so often with USPS?
EDIT 3-4-25 I am now in the middle of my first lost item / insurance claim with USPS and it is a NIGHTMARE. USPS delivers me an empty box (their tracking system shows the correct weight when received at the origin post office and then the box weighs zero at the next scan) and yet almost two months later, I still have not be reimbursed for the insured shipment. I can't even get a human to answer the phone at this branch. It will ring and ring and eventually just disconnect. Four visits to this location and the manager is never there. Call USPS corporate and they read you the same status you can view at USPS.com and then disconnect the call. Absolutely ZERO customer service.

This office is terrible. Scheduled 3 pickups for the same package that was never picked up and spent well over an hour calling this office and the furthest I got was someone picking up just to hang up immediately. Complaint filed with the postmaster

This post office doesn’t always show up on my Google Maps, but it’s great! I rarely have to wait, the staff are super helpful and friendly and the hours are accessible.

Lost package! Says it was delivered at front door, but completely gave me a different package! I don't understand how you get 107th way mixed up with 103rd ave. I did your guys job for you and delivered the wrong package back to the correct address and still wondering where mine is?
USPS has one job and they can't even do it correctly. Starting to seem that this place is getting lazy and can't read address, but relying on GPS signals. Sad!

I know a lot of people complain about service at the Post Office, but my experience here was extremely helpful. It doesn't look like much, but Daisy went out of here way to help me and get me information that I needed. She completely shocked me by calling back later in the afternoon with an update on my situation. Thumbs up for great customer service! Will definitely work with them again. Also, no wait line which was awesome!

Pleased with my experience. My package was not in my mailbox when it was marked as delivered. I called and received very prompt help. The employees were quick to send someone to fix the issue and relocate my package in the correct box. The issue was resolved within an hour or less.

Unprofessional!!!!! My package was supposed to arrive last week and I still haven’t received it. When I track the package it say’s it’s been out for delivery since last week yet I haven’t received anything. No body to call and talk to, and no real updates. WHEN I finally spoke to someone they said they can’t do anything because they just work there, they aren’t drivers or package handlers. They won’t even respond to emails about your order.
