If I could rate 0 stars. It’s literally one of those locations. Eye roll. If you try to call you will repeatedly be hung up on and put on hold. I am not sure how this pharmacy is still in existence with how they ignore people!

Visiting from out of town and tested positive Influenza A so we got sent out meds to Walgreens to pick up. Walgreens back home is way better than this awful location!!!
I called and went through the automated system it tells me there's 4 prescriptions ready. When we went into the store to pick it up we waited 30 minutes in line when there was only 2 people in front of us. The pharmacist got very flustered because they couldn't find my prescription in the system and told me to wait to pick it up until I get a text. I called the following day to be told they can't find my prescription in the system.
I called the Doctor's office and they confirmed it was sent to the correct location. Thankfully they were able to send it elsewhere.
10/10 recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all cost

There is always some problems with the pharmacy. Today they are having trouble with their system. Someone Marked them as temporarily closed but they are definitely open. I talked to the next closest pharmacy and they said that they are open. So unprofessional.

How is anyone getting their prescriptions? I JUST HAD SURGERY ON MY TOOTH AND IN PAIN. DROPPED THE PRESCRIPTION OFF AT 3 AND THEY CLOSE AT 6 AND STILL NOTHING. NOW IMA GO A NIGHT IN PAIN ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE DOESNT WANT TO DO THERE JOB!!

Yonus and Faith are the most incompetent people I have ever met. Extremely rude and cannot complete minimal tasks to meet job requirements. Highly recommend not coming here

Who is in charge of this place?! This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.Is it open? Is it closed? Welp, you won't know until you actually get there.I spoke to three different women about my child's antibiotic that i desperately needed. I first called about it 3pm. I was told they're open until 8pm. When my husband arrived at 730pm the gates were shut and there was another customer having an allergic reaction, crying to the cashier about needing her meds as doon as he walked in.I spoke to another gal for the last time at 630pm to check the status. I asked her if it would be ready tonight and she said yes.They give you the run around and they lie about it!Luckily the walgreens in Brighton was open late and was able to fill my order.This should be illegal. People are thinking they are open only to go and find out theyre closed!THIS IS PEOPLES HEALTH!THESE MEDS COULD BE LIFE OR DEATH!!THIS PHARMACIES NEGLECT COULD LITERALLY COST SOMEONES LIFE!!

This is actually the worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. My prescriptions are late every month, never filled, I get put on hold 45 minutes at a time with no one ever answering literally go anywhere else.

Had a prescription sent in by my doctor and two weeks later they had not even started on it. And when I called they said they could fill it in two days. And then I got a call that it was ready but the pharmacy has been closed two days. Had another prescription called in for my kid for a sinus infection and it took them so long to fill it we no longer needed it.

If I could give Walgreens zero stars I would. My partner and I scheduled our vaccine shots for today at 11am. We both received reminders this morning but when we arrived at the store the pharmacy was closed until Tuesday! What kind of services is this? The only option one of the store employees could give me was to call a nearby Walgreens and see if they could take us as walk-ins. So I decide to call first. When I finally get to speak to someone at that pharmacy they tell me they have to put me through to their vaccine line. After 5 mins of IVR hell they hung up on me. This is the last time I will give Walgreens a chance. If I have an option Walgreens will never be it!

This location is wildly unpredictable, I have picked up prescriptions at just about any time of day and never know what to expect. I have struck gold where I'm the only one in line but also have been in lines where it's 5-10 minutes *per customer*. I've abandoned hope in store and sought refuge in the drive thru only to find it's 10-20 minutes *per customer*. I know it's not the fault of the staff and empathize with that, please pay them more and you will not have experience "unexpected closures" of the pharmacy.
