Did not have my order ready when I had it scheduled to pick up at a certain time. And as a shift leader you should notify customers that there is no one in for pick up that way customers can go elsewhere on time, ordered a custom cake for a reason.

Honestly done waste your time or money here, the first picture is what I ordered . Has a bunch more greenery on top and no massive pieces of plastic, I wouldn’t be posting a review if they would have handled this in an appropriate way but all they offered me for this was 5$ cash as a “partial” refund , the writing looks like a child did it and has no dots for the i’s SAVE YOURSELF don’t order here. Stephanie is not helpful

Walmart, you are a joke. I ordered a futon and it came without arms. Its been five business days since I sent it back (picked up 12/16) and I am looking for a refund. I called two days in a row. Yesterday (12/22) I was told it could take 5 days to show up in my account. Today (12/23) I was told that the refund is being initiated today. What is your problem?! First you send an item incomplete; then, you are unwilling to admit fault and GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. I will NEVER shop at Walmart again and I will do everything in my power to stop my friends and family from shopping here, too.

Walked in looking for a cheap pair of men's sports shorts to bang around the house wearing. Found within minutes for $8.00 among many colors and styles. Automated check out within minutes, and I was out the door while an employee cheerfully wished me well.

The employees at this Walmart are extremely RUDE. They all seem to have this "I don't give a F" motto or something and they all have mugs on their faces. When I was paying I didn't even get a thank you or come again or anything it was just awkward dead silence. Idk but someone needs to go in there and check all of their attitudes lol

Zero stars!!!! Truckers cannot park even if they are shopping. Baddddd!!!! Business!!!! Boycott this place on principle. A paying customer can't park here!!!!!!

Wonderful service, I accidentally scanned two Gatorades in the self checkout line, and the attendant immediately knew my mistake and fixed it for me in a cheerful way

I visit a lot of Walmart's to keep my budget proper... I've been to this location approximately a dozen times and every time I wish I had not... it's usually a mess, most, if not 98%, of the employees are in "zombie" mode... and items I purchase at other Walmart's are never at this location.. My apologies but, this location is a polished pile of s****

I'm giving this location 5 stars. I hate Walmart. But tonight's experience was surprisingly positive. I had to go tonight at 11:30pm to get something to fix our toilet. First we called to see if the parts we needed were in stock. A very friendly electronics staff member checked the system and spent a descent amount of time with me on the phone. When we got to the store (about 30min before closing), we asked the first employee we found for what we were looking for and he walked us to the correct aisle and then down to the exact product we needed. When checking out, the two cashiers still open were both very nice and made an effort to try to lift our tired, broken, get me the hell out of here spirits. And I really appreciated it. Bravo Walmart. I never expected you to impress me.

Purchased some items via makeup counter today. Went up front to make a stop at the service center and was stopped by an associate to "check my receipt" stated this is due in part to a register in the back. Then why put the thing in back with the makeup?!. I literally walked less than 20 steps and was checked, I wasn't even leaving the store yet! I've no intent to walk off with anything so why would I be stopped? Dont they have security for this nonsense? Cameras??!! After being checked and presumed to have stolen something despite having a receipt, the harassing nature of this visit is enough to ensure I will never return. Your profiling is pathetic and it isnt the fault of any random consumer that you have an indigency problem in the area. I hope Amazon tanks your whole company.

My niece went to their automotive department today to get a tire repair. Keep in fact, she bought that same tire at Walmart not even 6 months ago. When they were "looking" at the tire, they more less refuse to touch it because of the tread size. But she went to another Walmart at Stapleton where they got her right in and fix that tire right up.

This store has some negative reviews that were dissuading us from going, but we didn't have a choice at the time. The store was clean, had everything we needed, and the staff was very approachable and helpful. I expected an unpleasant environment because of the other posters' experiences, but it was better than many other Walmarts I've seen.

Everyone here is always super nice to us, and since I'm not xenophobic I'm down with the crowd. Cashiers greet with a smile and have always been incredibly helpful and pointed me in the right direction when needed. When I bought a mirror that looked horrible in our new house my return was processed with no issues. Their prices can't be beat, though I will admit their produce is not great so I just buy that across the street at King Soopers. I see your complaint about the homeless and raise you the 13th and Speer King Soopers.
