My complaint is against wells fargo in general. A company charged my visa bank card incorrectly and issued a credit for the entire amount. Then the charge appeared again the nect day. The vendor has no record of the second charge and so will not issue another credit. In 12 days, wells fargo fraud has not figured it out. I remain out the $138 dollars and the bank where our family of four holds 8 accounts, refuses to make it right.

Jim B. personal banker was excellent and helped us apply for credit card and set up online banking. Great customer service with patience we would come back to this location.

Not very happy with the fraud department. I made them aware of an issue 12 days ago. Im not happy that there has been no follow up but especially upset that they have not provided provisional credit as promised. Im just stuck in the middle and out my hard earned money.
