Made appt with a banker . She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Granted it took 2 appt however she came in early the second day to help me out. Ms. D thank you for going above and beyond. Customer service was exceptional!!!!

Went in to do two cash deposits, one for my husband and one for myself. Had my husband's ATM card and knew his account number, have done deposits for many years for him at Wells Fargo. This time teller says I can't even though I can literally walk over to the ATM machine in their lobby and deposit his money. How does that make sense? Then to top it off I do my cash deposit with the teller with my ATM card and no additional verification is needed. So the tellers just get to decide based on your gender?? This is inane and just making business harder for customers. There is no proof I was who I said I was so how is it any different for my husband's deposit???

Great branch, can't say I've ever had an issue although it's worth noting I really only have to go inside 2-3 times a year. I will however suggest that your property management seriously needs to redesign the curbs at the ATM drive-thru. The exit curb angle is one of the most extreme I have ever experienced, it's borderline illogical and I cannot imagine how most vehicles exit without rim damage which is absolutely prevalent by looking at all the concrete scrapes.

Deposited a check into my mother's account on August 2, 2023. We have the receipt. Wells Fargo cannot find the deposit. The tellers keep blaming "Corporate Office" and there is nothing they can do. Seriously Wells Fargo..do better. Thank God that we bank with First Bank!!

They don’t have enough bankers, so they force you to make an appointment. When I came in for it, the banker was unable to help me. They were very sorry about it. Honestly, I do not care about your problem simply because you do not give a darn about my problems and inconvenience.

My complaint is against wells fargo in general. A company charged my visa bank card incorrectly and issued a credit for the entire amount. Then the charge appeared again the nect day. The vendor has no record of the second charge and so will not issue another credit. In 12 days, wells fargo fraud has not figured it out. I remain out the $138 dollars and the bank where our family of four holds 8 accounts, refuses to make it right.

Not very happy with the fraud department. I made them aware of an issue 12 days ago. Im not happy that there has been no follow up but especially upset that they have not provided provisional credit as promised. Im just stuck in the middle and out my hard earned money.
