Waited all day for a prescription transfer only to be told they couldn't fill it even though I asked when I called at 10am. Ended up having to take my son to the ER for the lack of ethics and misinformation from employees.

This location usually is well stocked with friendly workers. We can always make great food from what they have on sale too. The ambiance is fairly low and that's what brings down the score.

Sam who works in the Deli was amazing! He was the only worker back there out of 3 people that was willing to help me and make me 2 fresh subs. Thank you so much Sam for everything! You are awesome!

Called the western Union to get some information before i drove up. Veronica answered the phone. She at every opportunity was combative, condescending, and rude. She seemed genuinely unhappy and she has my sympathy. However I’m here for business not baggage. After she finished her incoherent rambling I asked whom I had the pleasure of speaking with she relied “oh my god this guy” and hung up. After being placed on hold and hung up on two more times. I came up in person to get the information I needed. She understood what I said perfectly on the phone call but this seemed to not be the case when I came up in person to handle the situation. I asked to speak with a manager and Liz came up. Liz immediately told me what happened and how it happened. I asked if there was a recorded line she could review the call because we must not have heard the same conversation. She said there was not. Liz had no intention of asking why I was asking to speak to a manager, what my actual concerns were, or any real detail of what actually happened with my interaction with Veronica. Since she led by telling me what happened and how it happened and did not ask for any details of why I had asked to speak to a manger I opted to get the information I needed and continued to have a great day. I do not have high expectations they are willing to hold themselves to a standard. However, I hope this review is taken into consideration before giving either of these two a raise or a promotion. They do not have to change but neither do their circumstances. This is what zero accountability looks like.

My doctor decided to call in a prescription to THIS pharmacy after I asked him to another one up in Thornton due to many reasons, one being the main part of the customer service. I had a cough syrup that was prescribed to me (due to the nature of it, it's not transferable unless it was filled at least once and has refills) but they neglected to tell me they can't fill that there and gave me some BS excuse that they don't carry that particular cough syrup. So fast forward to the last couple days, been dealing with a migraine and finding out they have my prescription as well (here comes the headache, no puns attended), and I asked them to transfer it to a different pharmacy and before I can tell them which kings (the tech I'm assuming) got extremely rude and started to argue with me about the transfer. I know all to well how transfers work. I'm just making the other pharmacy (104th and Washington) job a little easier that they put my medication back on hold so it will save time. But she sounded like she wasn't having it that day, not any other day. So the next day, I called the 104th location and explained what was going on (my prescriptions should have gone there first) and assured me my script will be ready after 2. Of course, good old Commerce didn't have their crap together and it took at least two and a half hrs for "1" internal transfer to be done. And I got bitched at by their technician trying to have them put my medication back because I kind of know how they work as a pharmacy? THANK GOD 104th located was apologetic about this location and how bad they dropped the ball.

One of my favorite King Soopers locations. Most King Soopers are sold out of at least some of the produce I need but this one is usually fully stocked and well organized. They also tend to have a lot of discounted produce due to expiration date coming up which works out well if you are planning to use it right away and are on a budget. Staff are always helpful. especially at self checkout if an item isn't scanning correctly or a digital coupon isn't working. They don't carry as much of some of the more niche items like tahini compared to other locations though so you may want to check their availability online with the app if you have a certain item in mind. There is one self check out lane that hasn't been able to scan produce for over a month now and hopefully they are working on repairing it because I keep accidentally going to that lane, only to realize I can't check out half of my items.

Have been here 3 times and have not had a single positive interaction with an employee. when you ask questions they roll there eyes or when I walked up to the pharmacy I was just stared at until I had to ask if they were opened then after already waiting for 45 minutes was told it would be another hour. Maybe I'm misinterpreting but it seemed as if I was interrupting them doing absolutely nothing. I try to choose king soopers over the wal mart next door but the customer service is the same . Wal Marts is terrible as well but more convenient . Never posted a bad review in my life. disgusted by how I was treated.

i live in commerce city and i used to shop at this location, i really liked it when it first opened, but over the years this store has got to hell in a hand basket, they used to have some really nice employees working here and i used to enjoy shopping at this location it was always so nice seeing a friendly face, but not anymore i no longer shop here and have no intention to ever go back again, i used to know a couple of workers that worked here but i would get yelled at by the manager just for saying hello to them, and even one time i was told to not talk nor bother any of the workers and that if i did i would get banned from shopping at this store, that was the main reason i quit shopping here, sense when is it against the law to say hello to a friend? this store has really gone to rot the store its self is very dirty, has a bad order, and the whole place looks like it has not been cleaned in years, and the nasty/rude employees working here now would rather tell you to F. off then have a nice day, this location has a lot of theft and yet nonw of the employees nor even the security guard can do anything about it, i dont understand the point of having a security guard if they cant stop people that are walking out of the store with stolen goods that makes no sense to me, when you need help you cent get any worker here to help you out, and most of the employees dont even know where any of the product is, i do not like having to go further away for grocery shopping, but after seeing the way this store has changed for the worse, i will gladly go further out of my way to shop and get better customer service, all king soopers stores have really gone down hill fast sense kroger took over, but this location is one of the worst king soopers to shop at there are much better locations in the metro that treat their patrons much better.

This location is definitely the worst that I have ever been in. The store is dirty and the service is awful, (better check your bags). This store should be condemned!
