Horrible customer service!! Sold me pellets 3 months ago. Still don’t have them on December 1st and ZERO ETA!! They lied and blamed the manufacturer but I called the manufacturer and they have been sending trucks. This whole pellet delivery is a total joke. They’re the only game in town for quality pellets and they just don’t care!!! So frustrating I’ll drive down to Denver before giving these clowns any more money!!!

I needed to work on my chicken coop, which included installing a shelf, a roost bar, mounting a heat panel, and insulating the building. I went into this Ace with a vague idea of what I needed and a very rough sketch.I was immediately greeted at the door by the employees and asked if I needed help. I explained my project to them and Dave K jumped on board to help me. He took the time to walk me through the store to make sure I had everything I needed for this project. He made very educated recommendations as to what I might need without being overbearing. I really appreciated his assistance with this project. Because of Dave’s help it turned out way better than I could have done on my own. My chickens are grateful.I have been in this Ace several times since moving into the neighborhood and I have had a great experience every time. The employees are consistently knowledgeable friendly and helpful.

Kind of going downhill since it was sold. A lot more high margin garbage and a lot less hardware and paint. Stopped carrying some hardware products to make room for yeti coolers and bbq seasonings. Other things just aren't ever stocked anymore. But if you need an impulse buy at the register, you're set!

I really like this store, and I prefer shopping locally over going to the Big Box. In particular, I recently had an issue with a large expensive item, and they bent over backwards to rectify the situation. After reading other comments, I disregard most of the negative critiques. Lots of whining over trivial matters. Yes, their parking lot is a bit tight, and maybe their prices are a tad higher on some things, but they are always my first stop, and they usually have what I need. SHOP LOCALLY!

Poorly implemented point of service systems mixed with poor management lead to inability to make a purchase. The employees were great and helped me find the electrical components I needed quickly. The problem was checkout. The system flagged one of the items as not being in inventory and locked up the system until a manager reviewed and entered their credentials. Problem is that there was only one manager on duty and they were sequestered in the office on the phone and would not respond. After 5-10 minutes of waiting, during which the cashier tried multiple times to get the manager to override, I had to walk out with nothing. This was incredibly disappointing for a place I have been frequenting for two decades, and I felt bad for the cashier who must have been very embarrassed.Technology is great - I love it, but poorly or partially implemented technology can make life a living hell, especially when mixed with management that doesn’t seem to value customers. I did try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at some point you ask the person on the phone to hold and you take care of the immediate, in-person issue. Better yet, you have a delegate who has been trained and authorized so that you don’t become the bottleneck. I thought that maybe it was a critical call, but after I heard something to the effect of, “hey princess” drift down from their office I began to strongly doubt the criticality.Unfortunately, now I don’t have the supplies I need. Thankfully though I don’t have to go too much farther to find another place that has what I need. This experience has inconvenienced me today, but the most unfortunate part is that I will now think twice about going here and may choose a location that has been more reliable, even if it’s a little farther.

I like this Ace store a lot more since the renovation. While they cannot compete with larger stores in terms of sheer variety, they definitely have a great selection of key essentials. The staff at this particular branch is also very helpful and friendly. My only wish would be that they stayed open until 7pm.

Went to Big R yesterday (6/13) and spent about $45. Why? Because your parking lot (retail showroom) is completely inadequate. Cramming the parking lot with merchandise seems to be part of your business greed plan. Please factor into that plan the $45 you lost yesterday. Unless you fix the parking situation I will NOT BE BACK, so you can factor in an annual revenue hit of about $1,200. I'm done dodging merchandise, pallets, and other cars coming in from the street.

Lost a trailer pin on the way to Evergreen and found a replacement right away. They always have the hard to find little pieces that you need.

This is a great local place to get hardware. There aren't many other options here in Aspen Park. They are always helpful at Moore/ Ace and we really thankful to have a good option for picking up many things for home repair. Certainly some things are less expensive down at Home Depot, but who wants to drive all the way down the mountain?

This place is a pretty classic hardware store that most likely has what you need most of the time and can save you a trip down the hill. They just remodeled, for some reason; the old store had a pretty nice layout. The new layout is fine, I guess, but the workers seem to be having as much trouble as I am remembering where everything is now, which is hilarious. But time marches on and change happens - which is nice, in a way, to see them invest into the store. The best part is how helpful everyone is, insisting on solving your problem one way or another. It has a real small town feel, which is what I like. Half my house came from this store in one way or another. Cheers.

Store in Pine Junction !!! Once again, great local store for purchasing hardware needs ! Do not expect any advice from staff regarding your projects ! It is likely you will know more than the actual customer service help in the store. It seems that all the workers in the wood cement and Building Supply division downstairs do know what they're talking about and most of the time are more than willing to help depending on their attitude for the day. Just remember they do have products you can use out here for Hardware needs but you won't get any help when it comes to advice about your project. Quite a few retired individuals just looking for a paycheck but don't know anything about Hardware. Apologize!!! This review was meant for the Pine Junction store ! Sorry Aspen Park Moore lumber "Moore" than helpful knowledgeable staff !
