Reviewed based on grooming experience. We have never had a bad experience in the store.I took my golden doodle to be groomed yesterday. I gave specific instructions to cut him at 1” all over, nothing longer, don’t cut him like a poodle but more like a lab. I picked him up and he is still long, at home I measured his fur on paws at 2” and his face was cut like a poodle. So after spending over $100 I will be pulling out my own clippers today to cut him short like I asked. The groomer did not bring him out on pickup, just leaving it to the sweet high schooler working the counter to do it so I wasn’t even able to ask for anything to be fixed. Very disappointed, we won’t be back for grooming.

Don’t waste your time or money going here.“Boutique” pet shop with overpriced food staffed by lazy boomers who don’t know anything about the products they sell. Asked two employees two separate times for help and recommendations on new dog food and the best answer I got was “ we have lots of options”.Another dog in the store was also very aggressive towards mine in front of employees who had literally zero reaction .Go literally anywhere else for your pet needs. These folks deserve none of anyone’s hard earned money

My dogs are very elderly and have tummy problems galore. I spoke with the team at the store and they had great recommendations. Today was the best day ever since they were young. They loved the food but the heart failure diagnosed dog did really well, he had a bouncy happy day. His love of the food was way above normal. Thanks Gang. Great day because of you. We’ll take as many as we can to our best pal ever. Go Busters. Get away from the grocery store and find an expert in food for pets. I’ve cooked for my dogs but my choice made problems. I’ll be back for variety and great food.

We are fortunate enough to have 2 great local pet shops up here. We go to Buster's more often though, they have a great selection and the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They also have a rewards program which is fantastic. Last but certainly not least there is an ice cream shop next door ?

Busters always has a great supply of pet food, I get bird food for my parrot, bugs for my gecko, fish food, and dog treats and toys here all the time!

I had an appointment set up to have my two little dogs groomed. I was called at the last minute to say their groomer had some sort of an issue and wouldn't be available. They told me they would call if there was a cancellation. They finally called after weeks of waiting. The new groomer didn't seem interested at all about my dogs. After picking up my dogs, I found the groomer never even washed or groomed their faces or trimmed their nails. I was not pleased with how they turned out. The owner did refund a portion of the bill, but I will never use their grooming services again!

We groom our dog here, they called to see if I could bring him in early, sure did that and arrived with both clerks behind the counter looking that their phones, not asking if I was there for grooming. Walked into the back of the store where the groomers are located, no one there. Did see a guy in a back office look at me but continued his work, as if I was not there. So then walked behind the cash register to ask the two clerks, looking at their phones, you want Chance early or not? Did management/ownership change? My impression it has and the previous employees are not there. Previously they engaged you when you entered the store, now it is ask for service. Looking for another store.

I had wrote a prior review and have changed my outlook on this business. We had found out the price of the dog treat we purchased was entered into the computer system incorrectly. The owner has reached out to personally let us know the error and has addressed this issue. I appreciate the great response and look forward to supporting our community small businesses again!Thank you Buster's for taking care of your customers!
