I was overcharged. Would not recommend.

I’ve been going here for 7 years. John and Lucy are the best in this area!

Charged me $15 to remove Hard Gel nails. Hard gel is intended to be soaked off with acetone for 30 minutes; these people literally just used the drill to file them off in 7 minutes (damaging my nail bed). The lady kept insisting I had powder acrylic nails, not hard gel. I have been getting hard gel for 4 years ma’am, I am very familiar with the product and technique, and shouldn’t have to pay extra for your lack of education in the field you work in.
Secondly, nowhere on the menu does it list removal being $15, so I feel scammed and regret leaving a tip. To me, since they took the fast route of removal instead of the recommended soak-off, I should’ve been charged less anyways.
They do good pedicures but I will not longer be giving them my business due to the dishonesty and lack of education. Hopefully the extra they charged me + the tip I left will be used to send the technician back to nail school so she can learn about hard gel!!!

The absolute best! I love Bee and John. I haven’t gone to anyone else in 4-5 years. Highly recommend.

I hate to leave a negative review about Harmony Nails, but the fact that I’m still thinking about it the day after, I want to prevent others from being treated the way I was treated in the Salon. I believe it was the Owner’s wife who did a dip powder service for me. I have four kids and look forward to services like these when I can just get away and relax. I left there feeling like a child and completely violated. This is my third set of nails I have been serviced by “The Wife”. My first set were OK but several nails were crooked. I didn’t complain. I went back a second time for holiday nails. I chose the color 274… whatever you do DO NOT choose this color! You will be distracted from choosing this beautiful sparkly color as it is “too difficult” to put on all your nails per exact words from the owner’s wife. Why even have this color available to customers in the first place? So, I had color 274 on just both ring fingers and had to choose a different color for the rest. Fine. I loved them but wanted to go back for that same color 274 on all of them when time for a re-dip. So, my third experience with the same person and when requested color 274 she told me to choose another color, that they were out of it and I need to pick another color. I told her I would pay more and really enjoy this color. She said she would do it if I really wanted it. So wait, now they’re out of it but offered to do it if I “REALLY wanted it”. I was super annoyed. I ended up choosing another color and super disappointed as I wanted my sparkly nails. What is the big deal if quality customer service is what they’re offering? And again, the color 274 is in their color scheme for options. This is not a charity, and I am paying for the service happily! A male tech was wrapping my nails in foil prior to seeing the wife again. From her station, she asked what color I was using (in Vietnamese). When he told her I chose color 274 I could tell they were smirking back-and-forth. So juvenile! Then, I was asked to go to the wife’s station and she proceeded to tell me to choose another color and that they’re out of 274.
During her service, I felt like I was annoying her. It seemed like I couldn’t do anything right. She jerked my hands several times and told me to hold still and that I was shaking too much. I’ve been getting my nails done for 25 years. And this is the first time I have left feeling so down. So, unfortunately, I will give this place a whopping one star review. And I will take my friends with me to another salon! Best of luck if you choose Harmony Nails and by God never choose color 274 (even though it’s offered in their color scheme).

I don’t care for this salon. Technicians are always rushing and not friendly. My gel manicure started peeling off in less than a week.

Love the staff but sometimes they seem rushed & don’t do my nails to their full potential. I asked for almond shape & they were done horribly…

Very nice people but I had to leave before my manicure even started. The air was so toxic I began to feel dizzy and sick to my stomach. Recommend installing an effective air filtration system for the health and safety of employees and customers.

John and Lucy are amazing. I needed my toes and nails done 2 days before vacation, last minute, and they did everything in their power to make sure I did 🤍 toes and nails are exactly what I wanted and both sets took an hour and a half! Wonderful people who care about what they are doing and asked if I loved everything along the way. If you are looking for your new favorite salon in conifer, look no further!!! 🤍 blessed to have you here 🥰

I’d never been here before, out of town for me. I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra $ for the deluxe pedicure as it was super lame. There was no callus removal or “extra massage”. They barely even had my feet in the water long. We did make an appointment so I feel like there was really no excuse not to provide the expected services listed on the “menu”. I was disappointed to say the least but my white tip painted toes do look nice.
