Every time I come here, there’s a wait to see someone, then when I finally get through that wait, they tell me it’s going to be at least 30 minutes. Every single time! Half of the staff is friendly, but the other half makes it seem like I’m such an inconvenience when I arrive at the counter, and they always complain to me that my dentist calls my prescription in. I would have went to a different pharmacy by now if they weren’t the only pharmacy out this way, but I have been considering driving further to get friendlier/faster service.

Gretchen is amazing! Also love Patty up front! These girls are always happy and very helpful no matter how busy they are! Which is always busy! Everybody always seems to do their best. Thank you for being there to help with my Pharmacy needs!

The staff here is always so helpful. The lines go through pretty quickly. And Boby... What can I say. The guy always looks really busy but he'll stop doing whatever he's doing to spend time with you and explain everything thoroughly.

On hold for 10-15 minutes at a time, tech just keeps clicking me back to on hold. Attitudes are awful, meds constantly out of stock. This pharmacy is a joke.

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at the King Soopers Pharmacy, especially Bobby. Bobby has gone over and beyond to help my friend fill her prescriptions! Thank you to the staff of the King Soopers Pharmacy for all of your hard work!

The staff is always so good to my mother, she is 94 and has a lot of prescriptions. They answer her questions with patience and are always so kind.

I checked King Sooper's website to confirm they accepted my insurance, Cigna. Their website has Cigna listed (see photo) so I had a prescription called in. Much to my surprise, the cashier tells me they don't accept Cigna. I shared with her the website says they do. She scoffed... like I was making it up... and offers me some other discount.
Updated information would be beneficial to potential new customers. Won't be back.

Layout of this location is a little bit weird. Its also not as big as other locations.Staff was okay. Again not overly friendly/willing to help.I was able to find what i needed but had to walk around looking for stuff for quite awhile as it was not easily located.
