Came in to store 30 minutes before closing with a suspected failing battery. Ezra was quick to confirm and replace it with a smile on his face, despite the rain and cold. With my crazier than average schedule, you have no idea how much stress you saved my family and I from experiencing. Cheers and thank you for the exceptional service!

Ezra was super helpful in helping swap out some bulbs for my blazer tonight, even walked out to get a closer look to help make a better suggestion. Thanks Ezra! They look great!

Dan was very helpful and despite the line was out the door and wait time up to 20 mins. My experience amazing and those guys work there butt's off in Saturday's. It was like a rush at MCDonlds at 12 noon. People just need to have patience. And learn how to stand in line and wait there turn.

Kelly is always helpful and super nice but the counterman Dave is rude and unapologetic. I have taken all of my companies business to Advance Auto from here on out

O'Reilly's is a pretty good auto parts store. They usually have what I need (including fuses, heat shrink, etc.), and their prices are reasonable.

Closes at 7 or whenever. There's an Advance Auto in Aspen Park that I assume closes when they say they will. ~6:45

Dan was my hero tonight! I was having some battery issues, when I called to ask about what one I’d need, he talked through everything with me. Discussed which battery would be best, if I’d need a mechanic to install it, if I should just tow it there so he could check if it even was the battery. In the end, I was able to get it jumped. But then my rear hatch wouldn’t close. So I made my way to Oreillys anyway and Dan ran the test, helped me trouble shoot the rear hatch problem, we got it fixed and helped me pick out a jumper box for next time. He was so patient and helpful and a great end to a hectic afternoon. Thank you so much again Dan!

This Conifer O’Reilly’s is my local store, and I want to support these guys. But it’s hard to justify it when you’re just flat out ignored as a customer.I used to work retail, and I know how difficult it can be these days when everyone is short staffed. But it’s pretty inexcusable for me to stand at the counter for over five minutes without even being acknowledged, despite being the only customer in the store while several employees can be heard talking in the back.Another employee eventually came in the store with a customer, obviously helping them with something. That’s great and totally understandable! However, just say something to me like “Hey, sorry you’re waiting I’m just finishing up with this person”. At least something so it doesn’t feel like I’m being blatantly ignored. The final straw for me was when the several employees in the back came out and continued standing around talking, while I continued standing at the counter being ignored. All I wanted to do was pay for the stuff in my hand! Instead, I walked back to the aisle, re-shelved the products I was going to buy, and drove down to the new Advance Auto Parts down the street. They were much more helpful, and I will be shopping there from now on.
