Quote I got for printing is not what I was charged at the store. They charged j$17.00 on top of the 65 cents a piece for 20 copies and that was with a discount! What’s crazy is I used to work there and this was not the standard procedure. This is the first negative review I have ever given. Another thing is I had emailed the files on Wednesday morning with a note asking to pick up on Thursday. When I arrived at 4:30 Thursday, they weren’t printed and then the fella printed a lot of them out landscape instead of portrait . With an excuse that the program decides how they print. If I wasn’t pressed for time, I would have not even used your services. I certainly won’t again.

I went in to ship a birthday gift. Amy & Sam were extremely helpful. They went out their way to help me find the perfect size box. They packed it for me, entered all the shipping info and found the best rate. I have been to this store many times and will continue to ship from this store.

THE WORST! No free shipping here. Company sending package stated it was free, even after I called stating UPS wants $5. UPS states they do not charge, BUT THIS CONIFER SITE CHOOSES TO CHARGE ABOVE WHAT WAS AGREED UPON AT TIME OF PURCHASE. Company insists there was no charge and UPS was in the wrong and I shouldn't have paid them. I should have had the package redirected to my house through them. NEVER have anything delivered here. Rude, uncaring, and refuse to provide a clear policy to the companies using them. I am now taking this much further, insisting that this large national retailer stop using UPS who is deceiving them and the buyer.

First time customer, i Just mailed in 2 letters today (Saturday) I was surprised at how pleasant and friendly the staff was. It was also very reasonably priced. So much better experience than going to the post office. Amy and Sam did a great job and were a pleasure to meet, they seemed to enjoy their job and I enjoyed going there. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks

Congratulations UPS you are now officially worse than the post office. You've gone from delivering packages erratically to literally throwing them in roadside ditches. On purpose. I'll pay double to FedEx to avoid UPS. See meaningless chatbot reply below. That's how much they care

Extremely courteous and incredibly friendly employees! They always go above and beyond every single time I visit. All of these ignorant and uneducated comments below are just absurd.. people need to learn how to read amazon instructions!!!! The staff here is some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

So sorry Jake that you had a bad experience but I must disagree about Sam. As an older person, I’ve had nothing but amazingly good service and consideration from Sam. I was there last week with a return to Amazon. I’d filled it out incorrectly giving me a UPC code that she couldn't use. I asked her if there was anything I could do right then and there and she not only told me what to do but when I had trouble, I handed her my phone and she will re-processed the return for me. While she was doing that I cashed in on some wonderful cards that are on sale. I trust her so much I handed her my credit card to do the processing. Everything from my bank and Amazon are 100%. I’d say she’s a treasure!

Every time my wife or I have to deal with Sam it's a hassle. She has zero customer service skills. She was wearing pajamas and refused to take my package because it wasn't packaged well enough. It was in the original box it was sent to me in. She stated she hated Amazon returns because they don't pay her for her time. Pretty sure UPS is paying her for her time so that was a dumb comment to make. Hopefully you can fix her attitude before she pisses off the whole community.

First of all this is the BEST UPS store! Great employees fast and efficient service. What people don't realize is that Amazon returns have very descriptive instructions that can be read by a 3rd grader. Some returns you dont have to do anything and other ones you have to pack yourself and tape yourself. I'm mean let's be honest when you recieve a package isnt it taped up and ready to be shipped?!?! So why not have it package up and taped to ship it back, common sense people!! All these bad reviews are from people who clearly don't know how to read and follow simple instructions. Keep up the great work, ALL OF YOU ARE AMAZING!!

Sam and Amy were a big help! They deserve a pay raise! Very nice and friendly! First time learned that they were now changing for the tape if the item wasn’t pretaped by the customer.
