Called because the tracking number for our package showed that it was at the conifer post office. Tried to confirm it was there and the man that answered the phone was awful. He wouldn’t even check in the computer. Terrible customer service.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I’ve had two problems. One package they lost for 4 days. I went in the first time and they said just wait the package will be delivered by the driver. Which is amazing because I showed him my phone that said it was being held at the post office. He took my number and never called. Then I went back in and he did the same thing. A day went by then they called to say they found it. Where was it? No one knows. The second mistake they made was not knocking on my door to deliver a package that requires a signature. Instead they left a note saying this was the final reminder. So I guess the USPS motto is one strike and you’re out. Now I need to track this one down and I’m sure they’ve lost this one too. I didn’t think much of USPS before I moved and it turns out I’ve finally met the bottom of the barrel as far as useless government businesses go.

Walked to the post office to mail a package zero help, ask to borrow a pair of scissors to cut some bubble wrap and the miserable guy behind the counter said they didn't have any, people that don't like their jobs and don't want to be there shouldn't be in jobs like this.

"Attempted delivery" except you didn't, nor do you ever any more. Just pass the torch to UPS or FedEx so I can actually recieve my packages. You're just a junk mail courier

If I could rate less than a star I would. Priority mail is a joke when your mail gets delivered to the wrong address on a near daily basis and held due to mistaken identity.
Adding that we’re on a road with a speed limit of 20 and he rips right through the neighborhood at least 45. There are small kids that walk on this road. I don’t know the response time of a boxy mail truck, but this is both unsafe and probably one of the reasons mail is consistently incorrect.

Very rude employees. Horribly run establishment.I’m pregnant and drove an hour to drop off EDDMs and they told me “It says on the door no EDDMs after 3:00” and I asked if it says it on the website because how would I know before I came. They repeated “Well it’s clearly on the door”. When we told them we drove an hour they said “we won’t do it, come back tomorrow”Awful customer service with no problem solving abilities in the employees, especially the older man with the beard.
