“Price was higher for the same service than originally told by a different person. One of the service techs used foul and inappropriate language in front of customers. (I can see an expletive or two if someone hurts themselves in the service bays, but this appeared to be this person’s usual style of talking.)”

“The team here is always helpful and willing to answer questions 100% of the time. I went in multiple times today each time with a new question and they always greeted me with enthusiasm. I had to siphon some coolant from my reservoir and I got a mouth full, one of the team members gave me a free lemonade from inside the store. In the end we all had a great laugh and id even say we became friends!
