UPDATE: The company took full responsibility for the oil pan bolt stripping and very quickly issued me a check for the full amount it cost to replace the oil pain as well as the oil change. It was an inconvenience, aye, but humans are prone to error and I really appreciate this company's awesome customer service fixing their mistake and their integrity to put their money on the table. One star for the foul-up, but 5 stars for taking financial responsibility. Thanks!
This company stripped my oil pan bolt as well as the oil pan threads. The bolt leaked out nearly a quart *after* I'd topped it off with a half-quart a few weeks earlier. Plainly, it was getting worse. I was lucky the bolt didn't pop out on the highway. Boulder Hybrids showed me the bolt and pan with smashed, flattened threads while car was up on hoist, and said they either cross-threaded or over-torqued it. Had to buy a new oil pan for $200. Never going back here for sure.

My old car needed more repairs than my budget could handle, the staff set me up with financing(no credit check or hit) and I was able to EASLY qualify and set it up. Had my well functioning car back in no time! As soon as I pay these repairs, I will finish what else is needed. They made sure I was able to get my car repaired with no money out of pocket at the time. Pretty awesome 😍 👌!
