I have been using Safeway pharmacy in Cortez for several years. And no matter the turn around and many Pharmacy staff they have been through, it's sad to say many if them are Rude and have poor customer service. They don't greet people, staff leave you standing in line and don't even greet you or even say they will be with you shortly.

Well if you are in need of any medications be ready to not get them from the worst pharmacist ever supposed Manager. They say oh sure come after 3pm and you can pick up rx, so you do then they say oh we don't can't get your rx now you will wait and wait, Nicole you are missed

Only reason I use it is it has the higher local discount through GoodRX. Otherwise, always expect to wait in line for a long time to pick up your prescription. I have never seen a pharmacy as slow as this one.

Terrible service, on phone and in person. Didn't have my prescription available and was told it would be there the following day after 2. Went in the following day, and after being blatantly ignored for several minutes, was told my prescription was still not available. No personality, terrible customer service. Will never shop there again!

I have been trying to get my cough medicine for three days. Each time I come they say it will be 45 minutes or 1 hour. I come back and it is the same story all over again. I have had to wait in 30 minute long lines and wait long hours to check in again only to find out I will have to wait more so I give up and go home. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. I need my medicine to help recover from my lung infection.

For 3 months in a row they were out of my Rx medication, so I had to go back to get it 3 times. Tuesday ~11/14/22 5 days ago my other Rx did not have any refills left, I could not speak to anyone in Pharmacy, the message was to leave your information and they would call you back,no one has called, I left messages every day for 4 days. Today 11/19/22 Saturday, I did get to speak to pharmacy tech who is always polite, They did not have the Rx , I don't know if they even contacted my doctor for a new Rx, which is what their message stated on Tuesday, the first time I called. This is really unacceptable.

The pharmacists and techs are easy to work with, and do a good job of making sure I get my prescriptions on time. If a prescription is more than expected, they let me know the amount just so I am aware of the cost. I went in for a flu shot today. I was able to schedule an appointment online, so I just showed up at the correct time and got the shot. Cecilia was the person who gave me the shot and she was so pleasant to chat with (and distract me).

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Had my book an appointment online for a vaccine, drove a ways to get there, had me start to fill out paperwork for it and then decided she didn’t want to do vaccines today and asked me to come back another time. Pure laziness.

UGGHH! They used to be awesome. Now, not even close. I’m changing pharmacies due to there ALWAYS being issues here!
