“Friday Oct 10 2025 blowout just north of Cortez enroute to Moab on 10-day sightseeing loop thru Utah and Arizona. Got to Cortez Big O with some local assistance on donut spare; only found out at Big O that our replacement tire was unavailable in Cortez until one could be shipped in on Monday. Mr T.L. Shelton at Cortez Big O spent a *heroic* amount of time helping us, starting with calls to every other dealer in Cortez before finding us replacements available in Durango. He arranged for two tires to be pulled and waiting for us in Durango for mounting first thing the next morning, and then further assisted us with advice as to how to push our donut spare to pretty much its maximum safe range for the 47-mile nighttime drive from Cortez to Durango.
If SIX stars was an option for rating, I’d give them! This was assistance well over and beyond the call of duty….well into Good Samaritan territory. Thank you !!!”

“These guys are great. I came in with a small problem that was just hard for me to fix on the trail. I expected to ask them where to have it looked at, but they fixed. Heard about the place and some of their builds and competitions. Such nice guys. Thanks Adam and Mike and the two others I met there. It helped me being as I was hundreds of miles from home. Little things make a big difference. I hope the pizza was at least decent!!If I lived in Cortez, I would definitely use them to fabricate stuff for my truck.”
