Had them order me something that they didnt have in the store. They said it would be there in about a week. Called 2 weeks later, the man who answered snapped at me and told me not to call as they would call me when it got there. It is now 2 months later and I havent heard anything. Could've just said no and saved me some time.

Do not go there to buy chimney kits, and stove pipes. One employee tells you one thing couple days later I actually went there to buy the chimney kit and stove pipes, but I spoke with different employee she didn't want to listen to what I was trying to tell her about what the previous individual told me. I made several trips to their store before I had my chimney kit and stove pipes installed. The manager Jim is extremely rude.

Employees were very helpful, kind and pleasant. I’ve been on a road trip with a new motorhome and had a tire blow out. When it blew it took out our piping to our grey water. Had to patch it with a new piping. Richard was able to guide me in the right direction with all I needed. If you need a tool, hardware or lumber services. I’d highly recommend shopping here.

Steve and his daughter Hope are both class acts. Wonderful people who help instead of trying to rip you off. We will always go to them first before a big box store or ordering online.
