Genuinely needs to either fix their problems or go out of buisness. I haven't had a worse isp than this one ever in my life. The internet is slow and sad even when it does work which let me say is not often and their support just never answers or calls you back. If I could give them 0 stars I would but oh well. DO NOT USE!

Service works about 1/2 the times we need it. Terrible throttling at random times. And we are supposed to have unlimited. It’s works ok when it is working. But like I said that’s only about half the time.

We have been working with Craig Weathers @ Velocitynet for a shot time. Everyone in the office has been kind and very helpful. We got product designed for our hotel. Start to finish it was amazing on how fast we got my keys. Thanks to All Staff in their office for a wonderful experience.
