If you want to get a vaccine, allow 30 to 45 minutes to jump through hoops to get checked in--this is when you already have an appointment. You must scan the code on a large sign near the front, and do your online check in. But they do not have internet in the store so you have to go outside and find a signal. Then you have to download a pdf reader. My phone got stuck downloading it and I could not go forward until it loaded. After about five minutes, I went back in to tell them this and the clerk said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager and he was able to check me in. (So she COULD have helped me but did not. I get that they probably don't pay her enough to actually help people but sheesh!) So 40 minutes after my appointment, I finally got my shots. I also get that it is not the fault of the people who work there that their company has an assinine policy, but I do NOT recommend going to this frustrating place. EVER.

Worst pharmacy in Cortez. Terrible service, medications are rarely in stock. No communication. Save yourself frustration and go to literally any other pharmacy. Giving 1 star as I can't give 0.

Bad for prescriptions and bad for photo prints. This store offers nothing that other other stores in the area don't have or can't do better. I have given up on this Walgreens. I've been living in the area for 8 years and using this store for the entire time until now. The pharmacy has taken 5 days to fill emergency prescriptions. They do not call, email or text that prescriptions are ready, even if your customer account lists preferred methods of contact. They have also messed up vaccination shots and boosters by failing to administers shots (Covid booster given, but did not provide regular flu shot despite appointment for both). My wife and I tried getting our wedding photos printed here, and they demanded the photographer give permission for the prints to be made. That is actually understandable. But when we showed an email with our wedding photographer's permission to print anywhere, it still wasn't enough. They wanted a letterhead document from the business. We were dumbfounded. I just now picked up some other photo prints which I had uploaded online, and the quality is beyond poor. The photos have been cropped and pictures that were taken in broad daylight are so dark it was as if they had been taken in an unlit hallway. They prints are also blurry. The digital originals on my computer are clear, bright and crisp. I guess it's a blessing we didn't use them for our wedding prints.
I have switched to Safeway pharmacy which is open on weekends and will fill prescriptions within a couple hours, and notify immediately upon fulfillment. I will have to try Walmart for photo prints, despite my dislike for Walmart.

This is supposed to be a Pharmacy not a convenience store. Closing the pharmacy on Saturday and Sunday is unacceptable…..

Went in to get insulin syringes while on vacation over Labor Day weekend, ran out due to unfortunate circumstances, and they charged my insurance a week after I returned home for a product I never picked up. Avoid this pharmacy and go to the one in Safeway, they'll sell you individual packages(not the box) for around 5 dollars.

They are hardly ever open and at times completely without a pharmacist leaving customers without important medications. Worst pharmacy in the city.

Walgreens is the most expensive pharmacy. Incompetent at filling scrips on time. Waste of time every time I have a scrip to fill. Usually rude staff.

This the most under staffed pharmacy. They closed for a week with scripts to fill without notice twice. And the new guy Wayne neads some social skills

Not great for big purchases. If you’re planning on buying multiple items to donate, stock up, or couponing its better to go to walmart, dollar general, or family dollar. Their policy states “Walgreens reserves the right to limit merchandise” which is a pretty vague statement, the limit could be whatever they choose. For a small purchase its a good store
After calling to corporate a few times things have gotten a lot better at walgreens. Staff has been friendly

I just have never had a harder time getting my prescriptions that I have taken for years on time consistently. I have gone without much needed medication for many days due to numerous excuses. I also have been talked to as if the issue was not a problem. Perhaps not if you are not the one needing the medication?!

Walgreens is supposed to be the gold standard in pharmacy care. Everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions I am met with rude staff and employees. My prescriptions are either filled too quickly, or not filled at all... Quality is not evident at this location and this needs to change NOW!
