I love our mail lady. She's prompt, courteous, and brings packages to our door even though it's out of her way. This is a hard job and a hard route. Glad we have them.

I am not the easiest postal patron (get tons of packages and often show up at the post office about 30 seconds before closing time) yet I am consistently treated with friendliness and respect. I think our local post office is really trying hard to do a good job and it shows!
