“Autumn is absolutely amazing, and so was every other employee I met there!! Autumn helped get our car in and fixed after a major incident and made our entire process smooth from beginning to end! Even though it was a very stressful situation for us, Autumn helped alleviate so much stress by being so amazing and helpful!!
And our car? Well it drives better than EVER!!!

“These guys and gals are amazing! We were on a road trip from Alberta Canada to Sacramento when our rental RV started giving us trouble, we googled a service station and precision came up we pulled in and the guys instantly wheeled us in the shop to take a look, turns out it was the wheel bearing and everything in between. They didn’t have parts on hand but worked with us and our rental company to get parts from Denver, offered us their personal car, took us to the airport at Hayden to pick up a rental SUV to continue our journey to attend our expo. We got back 4 days later to a fixed RV. They were so personable, gave our little girl treats, hooked us up to their wifi to pass time for the kids the first night while we got our plans sorted out. Let us sleep in the RV in their parking lot, offered drinks from their mini fridge in the waiting room. An all around great crew! Clean atmosphere, thorough explanation, respectful!!! 10/10 I hope you consider this shop with your auto needs! The world needs more people like this! Thank you again we appreciate all that was done to get us back on the road SAFETLY!!!”
“What a wonderful experience! I came in to get a tire fixed by removing a nail and as soon as i stepped in everyone treated me like family and a close friend. “I have taken my company truck there to have work done on it. And I didn't do a quick review back. In April oil cooling line went out of it. Oil everywhere took it to Chapman's and they immediately went to work on. It, dropped it off on a Monday morning and they said it could be up to 3 weeks before we got it back, but fortunately, we had it back before at the end of the week. And they had the part they did a great job cleaned up very good.They took care of us.Everything was nice and kind and very helpful.

Couple reviews here along with this and taking it back to have code checked.I pulled in.They came out very promptly quickly and checked them and took care of the problem.There wasn't not really an issue with it. Today june twenty fourth I took it in to have the oil changed tires changed, They did all that plus the inspection.Check the air pressure sensors Which we're o k and they wipe down the glass Clean the left really nice.Everything was prompt Everyone there very nice very compassionate Very Caring About your car They really show that they care And to make sure everything is running and operating the way that it Right onto all of the employees over there at Chapman's automotive.You guys do a great job in taking care of us. Of course, when I take our company truck in delivering medical supplies.I have to have my truck As soon as possible and they're always prompt to do a great job And to help us get back on the road as quick as possible.I think all of you over there at chapman's.”
