“Thomas, Brent, Izzy. The dream team. Most low pressure car sale I have experienced. We showed up for a truck that was in Steamboat however they had the same truck on the lot just not a long bed. We test drove what we had desired and really liked the truck.
We performed a trade in which was a big factor making it happen. I am happy to say we agreed upon a fair deal across both sides. They heard me out, listened to my needs and made it happen! They were also very transparent and went on to explain certain warranties like DEF.
We were there maybe for 30 minutes filling out credit app and discussing trade value.
Then they did the paperwork while we went for lunch and they let us know the final numbers which was right on par.
Only took another 30 minutes for paper work after approval.

“I am surprised and amazed with my experience at Chapman's recently. I drove up to the shop, frantic, on a cross-country road trip, alone with 3 young kids, mid-Friday morning of a long holiday weekend set to start school the following week. Chapman's had an appointment available to diagnose my vehicle in the early afternoon; after calling around town this was my best option. There was a concern that the problem was significant and could take until the following week to get parts. Fortunately it was not this problem; they diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes, and even provided a full vehicle inspection report to me. My kids were able to use their wifi while in the customer waiting room, and Chapman's even helped unload and load our bikes from the vehicle bike rack as required for inspection. Very professional, kind, honest, and helpful; I would definitely go back to Chapman's if I lived near-by!”
