We highly recommend Bank of Colorado. The employees there treat us like family and greet us by name every time. They always go the extra mile for us in opening accounts and making transactions under all kinds of situations. Great bank!

I am 80 years old. I have been banking for a long time in the USA and other countries. Bank of Colorado in Craig by far has provided the best service. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and motivated. I use a wide range of banking services and I have never been disappointed with Bank of Colorado.

The people in this bank are very rude!!! Whatever you do, don't call or go into the branch, because all the employees are extremely impolite and unfriendly.

Been having problems with this bank since day one. Account will be pulled, and on to Yampa Valley Bank. Bank of Colorado is not very responsible with peoples money. Thanks for the whole year of problems lol

I have a hard time believing some of the negative reviews on here. I have been a customer of this bank for over 35 years and have never had a bad experience. Their employees have come and gone over the years but my customer experience has always been positive. From the service counters clear up to the president I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. I am really enjoying their mobile banking app that allows you to deposit checks by phone!

Some of the most helpful, friendly, and efficient bank employees I've ever been a customer of. On site, they make you feel welcome, and tend to your reason for being there considerately and fully. Over the phone, they take immediate care of you as well, as though you are in person. I have always had exceptional service at this BoC location, and for that matter, ALL BoC locations. But the Craig site earned a top notch five star spot with me when they went above and beyond every time I had an issue I needed to take care of. I very highly recommend this bank location of Bank of Colorado, without hesitation or second thought. Bank of the West is atrocious to work with, and forget Wells Fargo.

If there was a way to rank this bank zero stars I would. When I walk into a bank I expect excellent customer service, and to be greeted with a smile and excitement in their voice. This is not the case when I went into the Craig Colorado Branko on Friday June 1st. I noticed that there has been a turnover and there was a young gentleman that was dressed casual and walked with his face in the air, and walked into an office without greeting or acknowledging any customers or workers. This bank has a very cold atmosphere where you feel that you are ignored and just a bothersome to all the workers there at that branch. The tellers are very rude and tell you miss leading information. I asked one of the tellers that i needed to speak with a loan officer. The answer from the teller was i could wait for the loan officer that had a customer or I could come back at 1 to see the other loan officer who was supposedly at lunch when she was still present in the bank glaring at customers walking back an fourth from her office to other the office the loan officer I was waiting for. While sitting i waited about 30 min for assistance without being acknowledge by any staff members. This bank has the overall worse customer service as I will be closing out my accounts leaving this bank.
