One of the best chain hotels I've ever stayed at. Many little hospitable touches show their focus on making you feel comfortable and welcome, not extracting every possible nickel. Very impressed.

Had plenty of amenities for being one of four choices in the town. Was not happy that I did not end up with the king suite like I thought I had rebooked.. but hotel was great. The people at the customer service were great really enjoyed my stay.

This BW plus in Craig, Colorado is the best budget friendly hotel we've ever visited. Everything - the room, the bathroom, the linens, the spa, the swimming pool, the breakfast room - was squeeky clean and polished. The owners/managers can be very proud of their establishment. We had a great time staying there and shall return.

We had a great stop over on our way to Durango. Hotel was clean and looked nice, service was great, and the pool was great for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised by their breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and nice. Pool was open and the kids had fun. Price was the cheapest we have found on our roadtrip.

Everything would be 5 stars except the bed in 218 has a crater on one side of it and the only day breakfast taste decent is the day they do bacon. Apple juice taste like water.

The staff was exceptional. Checking in was a breeze. After a long travel day this was a wonderful stop.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Our company has been staying here for the past month off and on. The staff are super friendly but the rooms for the price suck. My first night I remember itching thought it was detergent they used. I wasn’t the only person from our company to think the beds were dirty and the room. Last night I checked in and dirty q-tips was in the trash and a used bar of soap on the sink. I just said I’m tired I’m going to bed🙄 peeled the sheets back and 💥 found pistachio shells… looked around the bed and seen a bunch more on the floor. That’s nasty at least change the sheets. Yes they gave me another room but that’s my last time there. The breakfast sucks but super friendly staff and dirty rooms. 150-$200 a night it should be a lot Better. Hampton is across the street that’s where I’ll be staying at for now on…

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean. Breakfast had several options and fresh fruit. The pool area is clean and the jacuzzi is actually HOT! 4 starts is only because of the tight fit in the room.
