This place is a joke. It takes at least 30min every time i come in to buy a couple boxes or some maving supplies. And im the only customer they are helping. Its not like im waiting in line. They are just slow. They have no way of ringing up items and have to type in credit card numbers etc. Unfortunately, its the only option for high quality moving boxes.

I like the manager she is very busy with all the property she takes care of she has treated me well ,my only concern it should be a lower rent for seniors 62 plus I looked into other rentals in town that are 40.00 a month for auto storage but of course they are full

The same woman who manages most storage units in Craig Colorado is the same one that manages Craig storage. She’s not concerned with her customers, their best interest, their satisfaction but rather her own self interests. My storage unit got broken into with a lot of things taken of sentimental value, that can’t EVER be replaced; this was of no concern to her. She could care less. She was in no way willing to help find out what happened. All she told me was put on a better lock, to buy her lock and quickly changed the subject like it was nothing to her. Then when the snow melted, it flooded out my storage unit ruining everything on ground level. Once again bringing this to her attention, she shrugged it off and told me that. “ well I warn people about putting things on ground level.” My intuition tells me that this woman, high up on her pedestal cannot be trusted nor can her staff. My better judgment tells me to stay away from doing any type of business that this woman is involved in. I only gave a one star because there’s no option for less. I’m left Bitter, feel taken advantage of and done wrong by a woman who is supposed to run a company based on customer satisfaction. If you must get a storage unit in Craig, CO avoid any with a phone number ending in 6464

This pertains to the UHaul side of the business. Loraine is rude and treats you like she is doing you a favor by renting to you. She is incompetent in the only aspect of her job. Confirmed my reservation with my information then called 2 days later and asked for all of it again. When questioned she couldn't answer for the redundancy... LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR UHAUL NEEDS!
