Phil does not show up for scheduled appointments or return calls. He is rude and disrespectful. He was supposed to be a service provider for Whirlpool and I have informed them of how he has treated me as a customer. I DO NOT recommend calling or scheduling with him.

Can't get them to call me back on an open repair order? I have left multiple messages and been without a refrigerator for a week now.

Phil repaired my 20 year old dryer awhile back (approx. 4 years ago). It’s running well and the repair was a little over $100 (parts & labor). Why the late review? I see all the other reviews that don’t reflect my experience at all and wanted to weigh in with mine.
