Great stay. We got a warm welcome upon checkin which was nice but what makes this location memorable was the hot tub in the room! As with most Hamptons the room was clean and comfortable. The free water for members was very much appreciated. Will return!

This Hampton Inn is definitely not recommended. Jacklyn, I believe her name is at the front desk is truly incompetent and incredibly rude. Not only does she speak with an attitude in her tone of voice she also has absolutely no knowledge of how to handle guest inquiries without coming off as unprofessional, condescending, and confrontational. Worst of all, when I asked her about the wifi being down she told me to find an ATT Brochure and call them in a manner that made it sound like she was annoyed I even asked her about the wifi being down. I'm never coming to this specific Hampton Inn again.Update: I called the ATT 877 number in the room to speak with ATT customer service about the wifi. They were able to see that the property wifi was down but needed the front desk staff to call them directly so they could go over the process to reset the wifi. When I communicated this to Jacklyn at the front desk she said she has no idea how to do that but she'll text the manager.At this point I am wondering how this person was even hired for the front desk role. The staff took great care of us. Breakfast was memorably delicious. The pool was pristine. Friendly friendly friendlyRooms: Clean. I would believe we were the first guests to ever stay there.Noteworthy details: The bed was excellent, very comfortable and new. Quiet place no one to bother us here.

Nice hotel, but the location itself is rather desolate. Service was not particularly friendly, and there was no recognition of being a Hilton Honors Diamond member. Not too many food choices, but the Domino’s delivery was excellent.

Some of the front desk staff wasn’t professional or welcoming. Rooms were clean. Maid staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast options were ok. Ran out of milk and the options were just ok.Rooms: Suite was very spacious and plenty of room to be able to move around freely. Has sink, coffee marker and refrigerator in a separate area when is a plus.

The facility was clean, staff was always friendly and the continental breakfast was just right. Our grandson enjoyed the pool, every day as did we. It was a treat to stay at a place with absolutely no issues to throw a wrench in our vacation.

Not what I was expecting for a Hampton Inn for check in. Traveling around the country I was able to park my motorcycle under the eves at the front door. This is appreciated to protect the motorcycle from weather, and humans. The lady that checked us in told me I couldn't park there. Not only was she smug, she was not friendly or courteous. She was downright "Karen-esk".When I got up the next morning, they let a car park there overnight in the same place my little motorcycle was not allowed to park.Otherwise our entire trip we stayed Hampton inns and had friendly and courteous staff, and stays.

Disabled guests avoid this place! Unbelievably rude check in. The lady laughed at me struggling with my bags as a disabled guest. I have been to many hotels and never been treated with such hostility. She had massive attitude checking me in after that, no apology or even basic human kindness, customer service is not remotely in sight. I would leave immediately if i hadn't paid ahead of time.She refused to check me in to my disabled room out of spite because its a holiday and no rooms are available anywhere. I booked over a week in advance for a disabled room with the email to prove it. The corporate side was useless except to guarantee a refund if this hotel continues to be shady.Luckily i did not need a room. I just wanted one for the evening. But if you're disabled and do need a room, try a holiday inn, they've never let me down.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was in condition. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was on the higher end of what you can expect from a Hampton. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Craig.

This was a very nice, clean, friendly hotel. This was our 6th hotel during our road trip and we are very pleased. The check in was fast, easy and staff are friendly. The room was very clean and no concerns with anything. Breakfast had lots to choose from and very good. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars...

The beds are so hard my whole body was sore in the morning. The rooms are nice on first glance but then when you look closer need maintenance. The young lady that checked us in was really sweet. They do have a pool and hot tub that looked nice but we did not use it.

Pretty dang decent Hilton! King rooms are not bad, although the pillows suck... But hey, that's hotel life for ya! If you're in Craig, I would definitely recommend staying here.

BED BUGS! and management that DOES NOT CARE!Checked into room 418 on March 11th and checked the mattresses for bed bugs. There was evidence of bed bugs on the corner of both the mattress and the box spring. I took pictures of both.I alerted management who's first comment was "Thats not our hotel it's the Super 8" which is across the street. I was told that the Hampton Inn had no bed bugs. This is after I saw bed bug evidence and have photos to back my claim. While management denied bed bug issues they did change my room...to the room NEXTDOOR! Room 420 which shares a wall with room 418. Really?Hilton Guest Assistance Team told me that " they are not authorized to intervene in bed bug concerns as we are globally situated, and these cases need to be resolved at the property level".Hampton Inn & Suites Craig Manager, Donald Green told me "We found no evidence of bed bugs. Normally speaking, evidence of a bed bug outbreak would be many black dots all over the mattress. Our mattress in room 418 have zero black marks on them."Room 418 has bed bugs. I saw the "many black dots" and have photo proof.Bed bugs can be anywhere - especially in hotels. I am highly disappointed in of course the bed bugs but also how this hotel and their parent company has handled this situation.
