Was in the office the other day to get my taxes done. 5 stars on everything BUT, girls (employees) in the hall, were so loud. It was hard for us to even converse with our preparer.

Cheryl was friendly, helpful, tenacious, filed my taxes correctly after a person from a diffent place messed them up in 2022, and she set me up for success for the 2024 season with quarterly payment vouchers.

Very rude service over the phones will interrupt you while you're talking not allowing you to form a sentence or get the question out before jumping the gun and then flip out on you cause they kept interrupting not acknowledging the person's true question that may be completely different then asking.

Super disappointed with this branch, 40 days after filing taxes I’m informed that my taxes are being held due to inaccuracies. Looks like this is not the first time either. I’ve used H&R block for years and never had this issue, and paying as much as I did makes the delay even worse.

I come here every year. They are nice quick and easy. I see alot of bad reviews but I'm picky and Im satisfied every year. It's not a hotel or a restaurant they do taxes Im not sure what people expect but they are nice enough for me

Just hope we don't have to wait 8 weeks for direct deposit. When the fee is 300$ otherwise I like.

Expensive and takes to long for federal refund this year than previous years. Now im stuck waiting because we are being reviewed. One of your tax people messed up or something, now we are stuck waiting and you guys are getting all this extra money from our federal refund never using H&R Block.

Had a great experience! My accountant was very helpful and explained things well. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling good about my taxes and how they were handled.
