  I don't have the service because even though they said Craig would be the first area they only did a small part and have been to busy doing Clark and Steamboat. To top it of they fired their local installation crew to hire out of state contractors. I also hear prices will be increasing. Not going to get my service.

  When the internet works it is smoking fast. The problem is, it just stops for short periods of time, then picks up again. If you work from home, this is unacceptable. Since this system has been installed, it has never worked correctly, even with numerous calls for support. The answer is always our machines are the problem.

  Service has been fantastic so far. They delivered on all promises and I have had no issues so far. Feels good to support a business a little more localized as well. Thanks!
