I don't have the service because even though they said Craig would be the first area they only did a small part and have been to busy doing Clark and Steamboat. To top it of they fired their local installation crew to hire out of state contractors. I also hear prices will be increasing. Not going to get my service.

When the internet works it is smoking fast. The problem is, it just stops for short periods of time, then picks up again. If you work from home, this is unacceptable. Since this system has been installed, it has never worked correctly, even with numerous calls for support. The answer is always our machines are the problem.

Had Luminate broadband installed a few weeks ago. Very pleased. Plenty of bandwidth and speed for everything we are using including streaming TV. Have had no outages. Installer was very professional. Best experience I have ever had with internet service.

Signing up is easy, the entire Luminate team is wonderful to work with. Installation was quick and Ryan did more than required to make sure wires and connections looked good as well as worked correctly. We are now up and running - it's fast, steady and wonderful.
