Not very pleased went to get my package out of a parcel locker and my package was stuffed in there with a bunch of trash and used syringes. Why can’t the postal workers clean that stuff out? It’s not very professional to put someone’s package in with that.

Our mail has been on hold for 9 months. Today I got a pay check for work, and it happened to be mailed. To my unpleasant surprise it was finally delivered to our address today. Our mailbox is shared with other people since we live in a townhome community. I got keys to them, and they didn't work. I have upcoming bills to pay. I got the wrong keys or random keys to my box. My partner had to go in and complain only to fill out another slip that we had already filled out twice before!!!! Now we are stuck in this neverending cycle of having to go in and get our mail whilst waiting in very long line. I don't even know how long it will take until I get the right keys or if I will ever have access to my box. But I will say this has been a nightmare and a mess. If there were a different government mail carrier with better service I would use it but unfortunately there isn't one.
Update- This is not towards the staff, they have tried their best. But I've been seeing this as a nationwide issue. The US government needs to backup its essential services and workers.

Very bad customer service and the keys for postal mail to my condo have taken more than 1 month to deliver them to me and I still have not been able to collect my mail??

They emailed me a picture of all the mail I was suppose to receive over two days, one of which they didn’t even deliver any on my entire street, and when they finally decided to give me my mail I only got 2 of the 5 things I was suppose to receive. An absolute joke. Always pay extra for shipping, just to make sure you get your packages ?

I was home all day waiting on my package and the mail carrier came and put a sorry we missed you in my box and didn’t even try to knock or deliver my package. Your not sorry you missed me your sorry you didn’t even do your job.

I wish I could write this review for usps in general but I can't so I'll write it for my local post office. The usps is trash, anymore. It takes two weeks to get a small package half way across the country. This has happened to me multiple times now. Using usps is always just a gigantic pita at this point. Unfortunately we are limited on shipping options in this country. I guess their monopoly is what has allowed them to not have to progress. I can't remember the last time I got something in a reasonable amount of time.This local office is always behind. They close during the day because they're short staffedand it's common. You would think they'd make some changes or hire more people but they're incompetent just like every other government agency

Are you guys even delivering mail anymore I haven’t received mail at my IN TOWN apartment since Saturday it’s now Wednesday I’ve been waiting for my state taxes that are supposed to be here or we’re supposed to be here on Monday so my question is are yall just not going out and delivering mail anymore if so do I need to come down and get my mail myself

I can NEVER get time sensitive packages on time. They won't deliver to the mailbox because the box is too big. I have asked them to leave it anyways, they won't. 50/50 chance you get a notice saying it is there. I track it with emails, but the office is open for a whole 4 hours per day since they close at lunch, when most working people would go get their packages. Horrible hours, terrible service.

Never answers phone. Was directed to call the local office after being on hold for over an hour. I just need to know what the hell my new mailbox number is for my new property.

Would give less than one star if I could. My husband and I walked in at 4 to just grab a change of address form not even to process it because we knew we were showing up at close. Upon enterin The man at the front counter starts shouting at us “We’re closed, we’re closed” I tried telling him I was picking up a form. He responded with shouting “We’re still closed.” My husband and I left but that was rude and stupid and I’ll be calling usps to see if I can get my mail through another post office…

After hearing terrible things about delivery hold ups, I am pleased to say I had no such experience. I had 2 packages delivered 11-27-23 and they were perfectly on time!!! Thank you for working hard!!!

The worst post office I've been to. No staff, dirty building, made a passport photo appointment a week ahead of time they cancelled, post master is rude, don't have supplies out for priority mail.

I have 4 packages that are over 9 days late. One of which is my medication. The tracking information says it has been sitting at the post office all this time. I went in and asked for my packages and explained to the man in front that I have medication there. He said " There are 300 packages back there and I am not about to go back and look for yours, it would take me 30 minutes! Just wait 3 to 5 days and see if it shows up. " I said, "It is already 9 days late!" and he said, "I don't know what to tell you. NEXT!"I mean...I realize it gets busy, but have a little bit of compassion and maybe pretend to care. This is who the USPS has representing them. At least tell me to pound sand in a more professional way. Or better yet, hire someone who can treat people with a little respect and kindness.
