Banked with them for almost 10 years and then they shut my partners account down with no warning. Will be closing my account ASAP to avoid a similar situation. Foul business skills and practices in my opinion ?♂️

Come in to get bank statements for my business account was told it was going to be $25 to get paperwork for my account from my bank because my personal account was Sind up for paperless so they singed my business account up when I need the statements for taxes! And then have the nerve to talk down to me because this wasn’t explained! Not to happy with the customer service!

I have been unable to access my account online for over a month... Tried getting help online to access my account. In the middle of helping me, I asked if she had heard about the freezing of accounts occuring in Canada for anyone involved in the protest. She immediately ceased all help and I still can't access my account. I suppose it serves me right that I had forgotten that mentioning whatever they don't want you to mention, whatever it is, won't be tolerated at this bank.

Moble app never works ..I had an issue where they suspected fraud and canceled my card before I could get any money I was out of town the fraud caller was from paskistain or somewhere so here I was having dinner when they canceled my card then I call the emergency number on the back and he tells me there's nothing he can do leaving with a dinner bill and no money for 10 days while I wait for my new card..ONCE AGAIN APP DOENT WORK WHICH IT SELDOM EVER DOES!! I call the # on the bank for assistance AND WAS HUNG UP ON NOT ONCE BUT TWICE...TRYING TO JUST GET A BALANCE!! I would seriously consider BANK OF COLORADO or any other bank before using this bank..REMEMBER THERE APP NEVER WORKS as you can see in other reviews..there CUSTOMER service is absolutely the worst of my 3 banks I use..think twice before using this bank
