Big Al's Bicycle Heaven is a great bike shop with a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff and crew. They offer quick service, a good selection of rentals and gear, and a variety of bikes including e-bikes. Their open service area allows you to see and talk about the work. They perform repairs, are very reasonable, and aim to help people, even those with breakdowns on rental bikes. It's a great place to stop on your way to the trails.

Great bike shop, great people, will happily take my bike here any time I'm in town. Serviced my Fox factory 36 same day and it has never felt better. Even got to tag along for a shop ride!
