Today I wanted to purchase a nice shirt from the stuff outside and the girl was super rude and said in front of all the customers that we didn’t had space for my dog to come in. My dog is 14 and was super calm. I’m sad that I had to write a negative review but this is just not the way to welcome a costumer… she didn’t even said hello

Ran in the boutique before a hair appointment for a last minute back up dress for a friend's wedding. The owner and associates were extremely helpful and picked a few dresses for me to try on quickly. I needed help hiding some sunburn I got the day before. I ended up with a fun jumpsuit to wear. It was a very pleasant experience! The sizes seem to run true to size. I'm a large and tend to have to size up at boutiques, but that was not the case! If you're in town definitely check them out. Their team is very friendly!

Today, I visited Retail Therapy for the first time since my daughter loves this place. We came to visit her from Texas once again since she’s been in running camp for about an over a month and half and she wanted to show me this super cute store. They have adorable jewelry, clothing and so much more, but that was not the issue. The problem was when it started pouring and the weather temperature dropped within a matter of minutes and I was there with my daughter and my other three children waiting for my husband to pick us up. At one point we walked out thinking it was our vehicle pulling up but realized it wasn’t so we came back in. I quickly asked my daughter to stand on the carpet/faux grass instead of the floor since we were a little wet and I apologized for coming back in. The older lady of the two, I’m thinking mid 50s, just gave us the rudest glare which was totally uncalled for, I had 3 kids with me, I wasn’t about to run into the cold and pouring rain. After that I wasn’t the nicest either, I’ll be honest. I am not one to EVER write reviews but this was completely unnecessary, this is the second time I visit Crested Butte and out of the many amazing people we’ve met. The person working here is the FIRST rude and disrespectful one I’ve met in this amazing little town. I really hope you have cameras and you can see what I’m talking about.

Jules (sp?) and her colleague are the kindest and best sales reps! They helped me try on multiple styles of jeans and were genuine and honest throughout. I ended up ordering my fav pair online as they did not have the size in store but if they had, I definitely would have bought from them! Please lend them your business next time you’re in CB :)

Beautiful selection with great prices! I spent a solid hour in here looking at every single thing I could. I found a great collection of wardrobe additions including the best o/s tank ivr ever owned, beautiful hair clips and underwear. I wish it were closer to me

Love this place. It’s hard to find cute clothes living in the valley, but Retail Therapy makes it easy! Everything I’ve ever bought here is now a staple in my wardrobe. A little pricey but not bad and the staff is always so nice!

I've been to this store a couple times as I've lived here for 6 years since I went to college in gunnison. Ladies are always rude. They probably assume I'm a tourist. Months ago, the door was wide open, so I assumed they were open, and I peeked in and the blond haired woman (older so I'm assuming owner) was very upset I walked in around closing and made it known haha.. even though she was just standing there.. I told her I was sorry and i would go ahead and keep walking. She tried to tell me I might as well look around. I kept going. Clearly doesn't want to sell her marketed up clothes that bad

Acute, well curated store! Mia was fabulous and thoughtful in her suggestions. I would shop here all the time if I lived in Crested Butte!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The snobby attitude towards out-of-towners was a complete turnoff. The staff reflects the worst of the local Crested Butte sentiment against anyone from out of state.

Very expensive but sometimes they have clothes I really like, would really only things that are on sale. I really like the wireless bra I got for $10 last year here.
