Was going to stop by but decided against it after reading through all of owner’s passive aggressive comments in response to patron reviews

Nice place to sit outside on a sunny afternoon and chill with a coffee or tea. Their aspens were golden.

everything here is very average and the owner lacks the usual great attitude of someone who lives in such a fantastic location

So so delicious! Everything is so tasty! If you go in the morning be prepared to wait at least 10 15 minutes very busy. Candy is amazing and so so kind and knows how to make a mean latte.

Lovely spot with great coffee and service but be prepared to wait! There was a continuous line of 10-15 people around 9am on a weekday with only one barista working, but she was positive, upbeat, and unbothered which made the experience nice despite the wait. Great outdoor seating. We got oat milk lattes and they were tasty. Didn’t get the breakfast burritos but they were massive and everyone eating them we’re enjoying them. There was specialty chocolate tasting when we were there too, which was fun.

Stopped in here while wandering main drag in Crested Butte. Counter service was a bit slow, mainly because barista was patiently talking with an elderly woman who wanted to chat. Demonstration of a little humanity was worth the wait. Absolutely love that you can get self-service drip coffee by just putting money in a jar, and love that there are $1 refills. The coffee was good, there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and there is free WiFi.

I've been an amateur (home) roaster and espresso connoisseur for decades. I've pulled shots on Rancilio, Gaggia and my current, Flair 58. I know my beans and espresso.I was visiting CB and decided to do a coffee crawl of a few coffee houses that were recommended to me. From all of them, I ordered a cappuccino to evaluate how well the espresso cut through the milk and the froth quality.Rumors fell in the middle for coffee flavor and quality. I could barely taste the espresso in my capp. But the froth quality was decent and, overall, it was definitely drinkable. Just didn't "wow" me.One slight disappointment was that I asked for my capp in a ceramic mug with latte art. I was told neither was possible. I get that not everyone is skilled in latte art, but there were rows and rows of mugs on the shelf behind the counter.Bonus points for the wall art, bookstore and patio seating - all of which I enjoyed. I also bought two mugs that were very creative and amusing. So I ended up spending ~$30US in the place, which I don't mind. I just wish they would have made the effort to serve my coffee in a mug and used a more robust bean and/or roast in their milk-based drinks.

Quiet oasis in a series of tourists. More importantly the adjacent book store stocks surprisingly good books with a nod to local authors. I enjoyed my Chair 9 chai and walk around with the bookstore.

I was trying to meet a friend and missed our rendezvous so I went into town looking for Wifi and this place stuck out to me and I enjoyed an awesome Matcha latte while trying to find my friend. We finally hooked up, and I just liked the vibe of this place!
