I paid extra to guarantee my package arrived before Thanksgiving. I was instructed that I was required to send the package to The Bubble Wrap in order to get the package on time. Although they didn't call me as they claimed they would, I was able to track the package and discover it had been delivered sometime before lunch on the Wednesday as expected. As soon as I could get there, I showed up to get my package, and The Bubble Wrap had closed down early the day before closing for a 4 day holiday weekend. Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate way to run a parcel business around the holidays. The package was a car part needed to fix my truck to visit my family for the holidays and now I am trapped in Crested Butte till Monday at the soonest. (That is if they honor their advertised business hours.)

UPS shipping in CB. They got a printer you can connect to with you phone through wifi for creating labels.Got bad vibes from the staff, they had a negative disposition.

I created a mess of a situation for myself, having accidentally sent a package back to CB post-vacation when I live in Nashville. In my borderline panic, I thankfully reached out to The Bubble Wrap. Kiley, Greg and team were incredibly helpful, so friendly and quick to resolve my issue. They went and picked up my incorrectly delivered package and made sure it was scanned, and sent to the correct recipient. They were also very clear and quick to communicate through the entire process. Definitely recommend using them for your shipping and printing needs.

Very convenient services staff's not really friendly though resident dog makes up for their forced smile yet unhappy attitudes. Believe they are understaffed causing the curt behavior.

Terrible hours! Cant get there, closed Saturday and Sunday, only open til 5 during week. Ugh!
