I think the photos speak for themselves. The photo with the green grass is what I wanted. This monstrosity of shaving him all the way done to the skin and unevenly is what I got.My dog is traumatized, won’t stop liking his skin. This place needs shut down. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. A 5 year old with Walmart clippers could do better. This was a $170 charge which I will be contesting. I’m guessing the good reviews are from the place in Longmont and not at the location off highway 52. They told me he was crying the whole time and I should get him anxiety meds. I can only imagine how rough they treated him. He is the happiest friendliest dog ever I’m sure any dog won’t do good when he is covered in rzr burnUpdate owner is offering a refund 2/27

I think the photos speak for itself on the quality here. They shaved him all the way to the skin and couldn't even do it evenly. Did a 5 year old with house clippers do this? The photo with the green grass is what I wanted. Now he's non stop liking his whole body. His personality is so different now, I can only imagine how they treated him. This monstrosity of a groom they charged me $170 DO NOT TRUST YOUR DOGS TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I took my dog in perfectly fine a 5 month old Pomeranian. After I got him back from this place he started squinting and eyes were inflamed. It got to the point he couldn't open his eyes and he started crying from the pain that I had to take him into the vet. Turns out he had eye scratches and cornea ulcer after being here. I sent them email with photos and vet paperwork. I have not gotten a response. Beware of this place.

Took my dog in for a grooming, bath, nails, and de-shed. The bath and nails were fine however when I got home he was shedding out like crazy. I gave him a brushing and see the pictures, a ton more came out that what I would expect a "de-shedding" would accomplish. He wasn't really trimmed anywhere either and I was charged a premium for his breed. They skipped the sanitary cuts (butt and underside) so I am not happy for $100+. They offered no partial refund and to bring him back in but I feel like I did it myself so I declined.

I have gone to Chico's for probably about 10 years now. They do a wonderful job with my dog. She sheds like crazy and they do such a good job de-shedding her. They are accommodating and reasonably priced. I won't take her anywhere else!

Chris did an amazing job with our dog. Unfortunately, I have to admit, we let our dogs coat get really matted. Chris was very upfront and honest out what we needed. Grooming can also be very traumatic. We went to pick up our Obi, and it seemed like her and Chris were best friends. Chris went above and beyond and provided an exceptional grooming. You can tell, this isn't just a job for her, she will do what it takes to care for your furry family. I will highly recommend.
