Great staff ! I have only one suggestion for the bank, offer a bicycle rack for me to lock up my bike . I feel silly going through the motor bank, I have no motor .

The employees at this branch are rude. Not friendly AT ALL.. Seem to all hate their jobs. Also they always take the parking spots in the shade trees.. That shows right there that the customers are not thought of first.Who does that?? Take the closest, best spots for themselves & leave the hot, sunny spots for our paying customers. Everyday first thing guess what spots are taken & hmm nobody else is in the bank except employees??? Rude rude rude!! They have so many negative reviews about employees but I see no changes when I go in.. I will probably get the same response everyone else seems to get..We are so sorry S.A. that u had this experience, please email us & we will look into it or help??? Doesn't seem that a real person is really following up with these claims... They just wait for people to email them AGAIN ..even after an issue has been brought to their attention...Now. Drumroll....... Let's see the response.Follow up--- Got the robotic response & Wow!! I guess I was right. Just an automatic response no real person.. Again proves their lack of concern & is somewhat deceiving!!

The manager Cynthia is a flat out liar. Told my husband she put the hold on our account then tells me that fraud department did it. Never once got a email from the fraud team. DO NOT open an account with them. Nothing but liars and rude service.

About two weeks ago, I stopped in because I needed change for a 100$ bill. Not that it matters, but I was intending to give a 20 to a family asking for money on the street corner (two little children huddled with their Mom) and a 20 to a local first responder for his lunch. The clerk told me that they don't give change to non (paying) customers. I said, "Well, that's not very human or kind". She said (with I can only assume was a straight face, as she was masked and behind bullet proof glass) "It's not our job to be kind." I was speechless. Which is saying something. Fast forward to today. I recalled this incident, and called the bank. Debbie informed me that it is not the bank's policy to give out change to non-customers, as all transactions need to be 'tracked' with the customer's ss#. Huh? how do I buy my coffee without an id then? I digress. I explained my previous encounter, imagining that she would at least bend enough to acknowledge that the policy could perhaps be checked into. But alas, she confirmed, that it is, in fact, not policy for TBK bank to be kind.On a related note: this bank requires masking for 'your protection', but it seems they are fine with children going without a meal.

Was in the drive thru line at 11:55 before they closed, had two other cars in front of me , just needed my check deposited into my account, was told they can't help me because their vault was already closed. Because of this I will be changing banks , not happy with the service I received.

TBK is not a locally owned "small town" bank. It's headquarters are in Dallas Texas. At least it is headquartered in the USA. However TBK just bought Valley Bank and Trust which means I am moving to FirstBank although not Headquartered in Weld County, at least it is Headquartered in Colorado. If you know anything about patronizing local business you will know it has 3 times the effect on our local economy. First Bank is close and a great bank. Goodbye Valley Bank and Trust. Bummed that you were 'acquired"
