Greg and Joanie are obviously passionate about their trade and it shows in their quality and service. I highly recommend their catering for your next event. Attended the date night they put on at High Lonesome Ranch and had an unforgettable time and outstanding five course dinner with my wife and friends. Thank you both!

Chef Greg and Stoney Joanie’s dedication to not only meeting but surpassing their clients wants and needs is exemplary. Their ability to create a menu to not only please and delight your taste buds and eyes is astounding. Would definitely recommend!!

We are a wounded veteran and veteran spouse owned and ran food business. we specialize in BBQ and southern cooking. Chef Greg Williams has graduated from Auguste Escoffier school of culinary arts. Joanie has graduated from Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. We decided we are tired of making money for others and want to build our own business and bring great food and company to others. We strive to watch you enjoy our hard work and dedication to our customers.
